Judicial report: DASHER RUM was stood down Rule 80.1b for non pursuit in race 5 --28 days stand down and to complete a satisfactory trial.
Trainer Mrs C Hore was spoken to advisidly that she must make her instructions clear in the future in regards to catchers.

Race 1	Te Awamutu Self Storage Sprint - C0 - 375	From the boxes WHERES THE CAT and OTEWA BELLA collided with OTEWA BELLA losing her footing in behind losing 5 or so lengths she was not able to get back in to contention there after .Racing across the top bend SALT and URBAN COMBAT went out wide covering a fair amount of extra ground.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Melissa Steele Stakes - C0 - 457	Soon after the jump HIT BOOST ran outwards on to SUMMERTIME BOBBY In the run towards the first turn ZAGATO came across on to BORASCO and HIT BOOST with these two runners being tightened and checked outside of these runners YEAH NAH went straight ahead racing in to the bend racing out very wide Early in the run home VERY CHILLY was vying for the lead ran in on to the shoulder of STELLAR FORCE and lost momentum for a stride or so losing a length , The Stewards reviewed the film of the incident as it was unclear as to wether or not VERY CHILLY had turned his head towards STELLAR FORCE After viewing a very clear film from trackside it was clear that VERY CHILLY had not marred or turned his head finishing on after regaining his momentum VERY CHILLY was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 3	Fond Foods LTD Sprint - C1 - 375	From the jump JACKSON TOWN ONLY KATE and HIT DA NOS all bumped soon after racing in to the first turn HAJIME raced across the face of these runners to the rail causing these runners to be checked again at this point
Race 4	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C1 - 457	As they jumped OPAWA JOHNNY RAGAZA GAMBA and NEWTON WILLOW came together with THRILLING RASCAL(fav) being checked back to the rear at this point THRILLING RASCAL made good ground up there after to finish in 2nd placing at the line .
Race 5	Garrards Horse and Hound Sprint - C2 - 375	DASHER RUM was slow away soon after was observed to not be chasing the lure through out the race finishing well behind the rest of the field at the line DASHER RUM was sent for a vet check where he was found to have a right infraspinatus muscle injury with a 10 day stand down recommended. The trainer of DASHER RUM was shown a replay of the race after hearing from Mr & Mrs Waite the Stewards stood the dog down for 28 days rule 80.1b for failing to pursue the lure and to complete a satisfactory trial
Race 6	Devereux Electrical Sprint - C5 - 375	In the run in to the first turn THRILLING BLITZ (fav) and RUBY TRON were severly checked as TOI SHAN raced across to the rail THRILLING BLITZ ran up on to heels and went back to the rear being lucky to stay on his feet finishing in the rear at the line RUBY TRON also was unable to recover to get back in to contention there after THRILLING BLITZ was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 7	The Clubhouse Sports Bar & Cafe Sprint - C4 - 375	Soon after the start FIGIAN SAM and KARMA RHODE came together MOON WARROWER the early leader weakened in the run home finishing in last placing at the line
Race 8	SL Computing Services Stakes - C1/2 - 457	CORNELIUS raced out wide from the boxes crossing in to the body of the field racing in to the top bend his effort told in the home straight with him finishing in midfield at the line .
Race 9	All Sew Embroidery Stakes - C3/4 - 457	GIRL ROSEY was a late scratching on arrival due to a right fore bruised metacarpal joint that the dog had suffered on the journey with a 10 day stand down recommended Soon after the jump DONT KNOW ran across on to BE DELICIOUS checking her back soon after racing in to the first turn the two leaders DONT KNOW and LACHLANS CASH came together jostling for several strides at this point HUSTLER raced across to the rail severly checking LACHLANS CASH who went back through the field with ENDORSE and ON TREY catching the heels of this runner causing LACHLANS CASH to stumble a couple of times losing ground back further LACHLANS CASH was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 10	Group 2 Angus Wright Memorial - INV - 457	In the run down to the first turn THRILLING RANSOM raced across on to PEKING TOM and UNPROFFESSIONAL (fav) who was jostled and tightened for some distance then KEREBOKEN raced across to the rail severly tightning and checking THRILLING RANSOM and UNPROFFESSIONAL who made contact with the rail going back to the rear and was not able to get in to contention from there on in. HAVE A YAP raced handy until her condition gave out and looked to be galloping uncomfortably in the home straight. UNPROFFESSIONAL was sent for a vet check and was found to had suffered a dew claw injury to right front with a 7 day stand down recommended HAVE A YAP was sent for a vet check as a precaution where no abnormalities were found ALABASTER was subjected to a vet check at pre race time being cleared to start and went on to win well ALABASTER ran in to the lure hard at the finish and was vetted and found to have right wrist pain an metacarpal pain with a 10 day stand down recommended
Race 11	Bulk Bag Co LTD Sprint - C5 - 375	Soon after the jump BLUE TRAMP ran out on to MY JACK ATTACK who had come in slightly with EMMA JAY and CORBY soon after GRIZZ raced across to the rail causing tightning to runners in behind COTSWALD PRINCE came out on to KOKO WHIZ who pushed out on to MY JACK ATTACK with these runners all being checked losing several lengths
Race 12	Stephen Marsh Racing Stables Stakes - C5 - 457	Soon after the start MINT POWER ran in onto ASHER with MIRAGE being bumped and went off stride soon after racing down to the first turn ASHER caught the hindquarters of MIRAGE who went of stride a couple of strides on ASHER ran on to the heels of MIRAGE and almost brought her down both dogs where severly hampered going back 5 or so lengths MIRAGE ended up several lengths in the rear there after finishing in that position at the line and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
