She then recovered to finish in 4th place. THRILLING SNOOP A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from shoulder muscle soreness, and stood down for 10 days to and including 16.07.06.
Race 2	DIMOCKS RETROVISION - C1 - 520	CATCH CADDY was a Club scratching when due to a misunderstanding she was placed in the wrong race at the G.R.A office. CRYPTIC appeared to falter at the winning post with a circuit to run and dropped out to finish a long last. CRYPTIC was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with swelling on a wrist. CATCH CADDY P.Freeman Club scratching with no stand down. CRYPTIC G.Frost Rule 82 Suffered a swollen wrist and stood down for 21 days to and including 28.07.06
Race 3	BRYCE FRANCIS GRAPHICS - C2/3 - 520	All clear.
Race 4	HEADS ROAD VETERINARY - C4 - 305	WIND SURFER and HOMEBUSH GORDON collided on the first corner when racing at the rear and HOMEBUSH GORDON lost several lengths and tailed the field home with WIND SURFER just ahead of him.
Race 5	2006 NZ BREEDERS FINAL - R/Af - 520	THRILLING TAZ, THRILLING TED and THRILLING GUS were all scratched due to injury. One of the favourites GREATWHITE began very awkwardly and settled well back. He then collided with COCKNEY ASSASSIN on the first bend and lost further ground and finished in 2nd last place. THRILLING TAZ N.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a toe injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 16.07.06 THRILLING TED N.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a flexor tendon injury and stood down for 15.days to and including 21.07.06 THRILLING GUS N.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from a toe injury and stood down for 20 days to and including 26.07.06.
Race 6	KEENAN CONCRETE - C5 - 305	THRILLING CODY was scratched due to injury. WINCHESTER MISS began very awkwardly losing several lengths and she tailed the field throughout. THRILLING CODY A.Udy Rule 64 Suffering from pain in both front and hind leg muscles, was presented and stood down for 5 days to and including 11.07.06.
Race 7	WANGANUI SECURITY - C4/5 - 520	NOBLE OSTI was checked and fell on the first corner and FLAMING PRINCE and KIWI ASSASSIN were hindered and lost ground. KOLA'S GLORY was checked on the first bend and dropped out quickly and failed to finish. KOLA'S GLORY suffered a fractured hock and was humanely put down. NOBLE OSTI was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with grazing and a toe nail injury. Race 8	VITA-POWER EXCEED - C3 - 305	ROLLEN faltered on the first corner and dropped out quickly to finish a long last. ROLLEN suffered a fractured hock and was humanely put down. ROLLEN D.Macauley Rule 82 Suffered a hock injury and was euthanased.
Race 9	TOTAL SPAN WANGANUI - C2 - 305	HOMEBUSH LUMP was a late scratching due to injury. The race was all clear. HOMEBUSH LUMP C.Clark Rule 68 A late scratching due to suffering from a leg injury and stood down for 10 days to and including 17.07.06.
Race 10	MICKY'S SUPER LIQUOR - C1 - 305	VOO DOO ran onto the heels of CONWAY KID on the first corner and ran out pushing STRATIFY wide.
