Judicial report: VARVATOS was withdrawn from the Silver Collar Final before the box draw with a torn triceps muscle.

Race 1	Deli's Sports Bar Football World Cup Promotion - C3 - 318	WINSOME SKY and ROYAL MINTY were slow to jump. CYCLONE HOOLEY and an improving WINSOME SKY were tightened along the inside into the bend and dropped to the rear.
Race 2	Auckland Co-op Taxis Stakes - C0 - 527	ROLL UP came up with the lids and settled last. BELLA MOBILE ran into the back of runners at the entrance to the back striaght and drifted to the rear.
Race 3	Happy 90th Birthday Gordon Braithwaite - C4 - 318	CLASSY FORT was tightened soon after the jump and dropped to the rear. TO THE CREST and KAMACO were both checked when racing in tight quarters into the bend. On the home turn SPECTRA CONQUEST checked outwards off the back of ANOTHER NICK and contacted KAMACO when all runners were back in the field.
Race 4	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C3/4 - 527	TALEVERO was last to jump. JAG'S FLYER received a check soon after the jump and lost ground. Into the first bend an improving JAG'S FLYER got on the back of CAWBOURNE KING who was turned sideways and cannoned into TRIPLE TEE with these runners losing their chances. A post race veterinary check of TRIPLE TEE revealed no injury but CAWBOURNE KING was found to have suffered a sesamoid injury with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
Race 5	Terry Ryan Timber Battle of the Sexes - R/Af - 318	MATANUSKA and LIGHTS AND MUSIC were both tightened in the early stages and settled at the rear. DAZZEL ME was tightened by HOMEBUSH DUSTY on the bend and fell with BRADMAN'S WILLOW receiving a bad check in behind and losing his chance. DAZZEL ME regained her feet and completed the race with a post race veterinary check revealing a laceration to left flank and deltoid muscle soreness with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
Race 6	Carol's TABs Football World Cup Promotion Stakes - C1 - 527	All clear.
Race 7	Major John Blakeley Memorial Stakes - C3 - 527	YAMBLA BOB, DARK FANCY and MATILDA'S BEST all came together soon after the jump. YAMBLA BOB checked outwards off runners into the first bend and lost ground. FANCY GIRL was checked for a stride at the end of the back straight and came back on to PRETTY SECRET who lost ground with YAMBLA BOB being forced wider around these runners.
Race 8	Commercial Plumbing Duke of Edinburgh Silver Collar - Group 1 - C2df - 779	SAND BURNER was last to jump. SHEA SHERIE and TEE KAY GIRL came together soon after the start and lost ground. SWIFT FANTASY drifted off the bunch after the first bend but was handier than normal coming with an outstanding burst to win.
Race 9	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C5 - 318	PAYNEFUL TRUTH and SCOTT NO WIVES were the last to jump. Into the bend TRUE INTENTIONS attempted to get off the rail to obtain clear running and in doing so took the line of PRINCESS SNOWY who fell. SCOTT NO WIVES and THRILLING ALERT were also badly checked in this incident. On the home turn BOTANY SHELLEY checked outwards off KERRIE'S FANTASY and ran wide losing ground. A post race veterinary check of PRINCESS SNOWY revealed multiple lacerations with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 10	Lucky 10 Syndicate Stakes - C1 - 527	GO BOOF was last to jump. EMBLAZING checked off runners on two occasions in the back straight when attempting to improve but overcame these checks to win convincingly.
