Judicial report: Trainer A.LEE admitted a breach of rule 69.11 in that she presented OSWALD BOATENG 1.6 KG in excess of his previous race weight on 30/6/11. A LEE was fined $100.00 in accordance with the minor infringement table.

Race 1	Super Pets Dash - C3 - 295	Shortly after the start ANOTHER LEGIN checked off the heels of CALLAHAN and BLUESKY WONDER . ONE COOL CAT and DOGGER BANK jostled for some distance when racing into the first bend.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Alyson Rosanowski Sprint - C4 - 295	SAFE AND SECURE was slow to begin. RUN FOR LEYTON and AKAISHA BALE made firm contact shortly after jumping which resulted in RUN FOR LEYTON checking and losing momentum. ULTIMATE SPICE was squeezed between ANY BAD HABITS and GRACE HILL when racing into the first bend ,losing ground as a result. SAFE AND SECURE was observed to dip short of the line .
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C5 - 295	LES BAXTER began awkwardly and was slow into stride. BIGTIME SURVIVOR shifted outwards shortly after jumping and hampered UNO HARRIET and CAWBOURNE ICE for some distance.
Race 4	Katz 'n K9z Stakes - C5 - 520	SHUNT APPEAL caught the heel of CROSS TO DAPTO on jumping away and as a result got back . AWESOME BENDER checked off the heels of SHUNT APPEAL when racing into the back straight . AWESOME BENDER again struck trouble on leaving the back straight when attempting to pass tiring runners.
Race 5	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C3 - 520	Into the first bend DISTINCT IMAGE was turned sideways and checked when racing between JAG YOU ARE and MORIARTY,the trailing HOMEBUSH WILD was also hampered and shifted very wide on the track. Racing into the bend at the end of the back straight SOFA LOAFA was checked when squeezed between the improving MORIARTY and UNO JEWEL ,this resulted in SOFA LOAFA losing all chance.
Race 6	Happy 40th Chris Jones Stakes - C4 - 520	SURELY YOU JEST was slow to begin . MIXED GRILL and REDDY BOY made contact and jostled shortly after the start. CAWBOURNE INDY was checked as RINGO'S COLT shifted out into the first bend , CAWBOURNE INDY lost all chance in this incident .
Race 7	Mainland Press Sprint - C5 - 295	The start of this event was delayed 1 minute on raceday control request. AINT THAT COOL was slow to begin. NOBLE ENFORCER was checked and lost momentum when racing tight to the inside of CAWBOURNE LORNA into the first bend. AINT THAT COOL ran very wide around the bend . GET OUT THERE which tailed the field under went a post race veterinary inspection which revealed a torn gracilis muscle with a 28 stand down being imposed.
Race 8	Barron's Supplies South Island Championship - C5f - 520	SHAKEY BALE checked off the heels of MAMAJA into the first bend ,running very wide ,SHAKEY BALE continued to race wide on the track for the remainder of the race.
Race 9	David Emerson Consultancy Feature - C2 - 520	Shortly after the start CAWBOURNE CATCH shifted inwards and bumped KNOW EXCITEMENT which inturn made contact with WAVE YOUR HAND. KNOW EXCITEMENT and WAVE YOUR HAND continued to jostle for some strides with KNOW EXCITEMENT being shifted off his line rounding the first bend. CROSSFIRE MAX raced wide rounding the first bend. Into the back straight KNOW EXCITEMENT broke down and tailed the field to the finish, a post race veterinary inspection revealed a torn right hip support with a 28 day stand down being imposed .
Race 10	Buy Sell & Exchange NZ Stayers Cup - C2df - 732	SWIFT FANTASY was slow over the early stages . Into the first bend NINA'S GIRL shifted outwards making contact with DEVOTCHKA. NINA'S GIRL continued to race wide in the straights. Turning for home SWIFT FANTASY and NINA'S GIRL made contact for a short distance.
Race 11	Kolorful Kanvas Cannonball Sprint - C5 - 295	Into the first bend COOL JORDIE was bumped from behind and shifted outwards making contact with GOTCHA LIFE , COOL JORDIE and GOTCHA LIFE jostled for several strides resulting in GOTCHA LIFE being forced wider on the track and losing momentum. Rounding the bend COOL JORDIE shifted outwards making firm contact with JACKSON CAT which was checked and lost ground.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C4 - 295	LIAM BALE ,OSWALD BOATENG,ALBIE"S LAD and RASINS all came together and jostled racing into the first bend.
