New Zealand greyhound racing set to expand its global audience
GRNZ is pleased to announce that on Monday 25 September, the Addington greyhound race meeting will be the first New Zealand greyhound meeting exported into the United States.
New Zealand greyhound racing will join Tabcorp’s dedicated automated greyhound channel which goes into the United States.
“We are excited to work with our longstanding partners GRNZ to maximise New Zealand greyhound racing to a global audience, and the launch into North America is another step in that ambition,” said Paul McRoberts, Head of International Tabcorp.
Edward Rennell, CEO GRNZ, added, “We’re excited about this new export opportunity. We are hopeful that the export of our product into the US will result in an increase in turnover, whilst simultaneously increasing awareness of the quality of New Zealand greyhound racing.”
