After extensive viewing of the films the Stewards could not accuratly determine that HIGH FLYER had marred the other runner , but was very clear to see that HIGH FLYER had turned her head in close to SASHA;S ONE
HIGH FLYER was charged with a breach of rule 80.1b with Trainer Mrs H Laagland admitting to the breach
HIGH FLYER (first offence) was stood down for 28 days and to the completion of a trial/s under rule 80.10
Trainer Mr R Bond was questioned in to the reason for the late scratching of EXCITING GIRL in race 3 when presented in season ,The Stewards have determined that Mr Bond had taken resonable prcautions in checking the dog pre race
Kennel Rep Ms K Wilson was questioned in to the late scratching of RIPPED JEANS in race 9 ,her explanation was accepted
An inquiry was opened and adjourned in to the conduct of David & Denis Schofield towards the Stewards after race 10 when BENNY ROX was one of the two dogs in that race selected to be swabbed .
