Judicial report: 1). The endorsement issued on OPAWA CHEVIOT's (Race 5) Certificate of Registration for Failing To Pursue the lure was cancelled after completing in its tenth race without re-offending.

2). BERRIDALE LAD (Race 7) was stood down for 3 months and ordered to complete a satisfactory trial for Failing To Pursue the lure.

Race 2	Carol's T.A.B. Clendon Inn Dash - C4 - 295	SUPER STEVIE (2) - awkwardly placed on heels and had to check prior to the bend. ROADWORKS (3) - shifted up the track early stages placing pressure on outside runners. Bumped from inside rounding bend. HOMEBUSH RUFUS (4) - squeezed for room early stages. Contactd outside runner rounding bend. CAWBOURNE CRAIG (5) - bumped with outside runner exiting bend. SWEET ABBY LEE (6) - squeezed for room early stages. TECHNIC (7) - came down the track early stages bumping with inside runner. SMASH THAT (8) - boxed first.
Race 3	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph 0272719588 Dash - C3 - 295	KNOW SWEAT (2) - contacted from the outside early stages. Checked outwards off heels rounding bend WHOSE HE (3) - boxed first. ROSA TEE (4) - slow early. MAGIC MIKE (5) - contacted from behind rounding bend. HOMEBUSH JUSTINE (9/6) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend and had to steady. ANOTHER LIZ (7) - inconvenienced by inside runner entering bend losing ground.
Race 4	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C3 - 295	SETTLE GRETTLE (2) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground before being slightly dragged down losing further momentum. HOMEBUSH ERROL (3) - awkwardly placed on heels losing momentum. MISS HARPER (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages. OPAWA BLINKY (5) - squeezed for racing room early stages. TROUBLESOME BRIT (6) - boxed first. Forced down the track early stages. Checked from inside exiting bend.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - C2 - 520	OPAWA CHEVIOT (2) - awkwardly placed on heels prior to the first bend losing momentum. MIN HO (3) - slow early. Post race vet checked after returning to from the winning dias with blood present on its left hind foot. No stand down deemed necessary. JUSTIN RYAN (4) - checked off heels entering first bend. PIPE DREAM (9/5) - squeezed for room entering final bend. LUCIASTAR (6) - contacted from inside early stages losing ground. WAIMAC (7) - checked and ran wide entering first bend. Fell to the track when reaching the lure. Vet checked and cleared of injury. AVALANCH CITY (8) - lost ground when contacted from the inside entering the first bend.
Race 6	Kolorful Kanvas Dash - C5 - 295	EPIC WOPPA (1) - forced down the track early stages. REPLAY (2) - awkwardly placed on heels entering bend. OHOKA BILLY (4) - contacted outside runner early stages. MAUDIE'S BABE (5) - squeezed for room early stages. Lost ground when awkwardly placed on heels entering bend. Bumped with outside runner rounding bend and again exiting bend. Cleared of any injury post race. PUMA PANTS (6) - contacted inside runner early stages. MISS FANNING (8) - checked from inside entering bend and lost momentum. Bumped with inside runner rounding bend and again exiting bend.
Race 7	Nina's Girl Distance - C2d - 645	RIDE AIN'T OVER (1) - inconvenienced shortly after the start. CAWBOURNE RUBY (2) - inconvenienced shortly after the start. KNOW VALUE (4) - raced in restricted room early stages before being bumped on several occasions losing momentum. Awkwardly placed on heels shortly after losing further ground. MAJESTIC ACTION (6) - raced in restricted room early stages. Dragged down and turned prior to entering the home straight on the first occasion losing ground. Vet check revealed an inflamed nail bed with the dog showing signs of cramp following the race. MYSTIC ACTION (7) - raced in restricted room early stages. BERRIDALE LAD (8) - eased free of interference and turned its head outwards on several occasions racing down the back straight. Cleared of injury post-race, 3 month incapacitation issued and 1 satisfactory trial required for breach of rule 79.1.b. Trainer N Wanhalla advised the dog would no longer be persevered with as a racing proposition.
Race 8	Christchurch Casino Stakes - C3/4 - 520	BOSTON BILLY (2) - boxed first. OPAWA RACER (4) - bumped outside runner early stages before being contacted from the inside shortly after. Held up final bend. BOMBS FALLING (5) - squeezed for racing room early stages. Held up and placed awkwardly on heels rounding final bend. KNOW JINX (6) - bumped from inside early. CHIPPA LATTA (7) - changed ground inwards when entering the back straight.
Race 9	I Pave Concrete Sprint - C5 - 295	HARKONEN BALE (4) - squeezed for racing room early stages. SPEEDY RETURN (5) - boxed first. Squeezed for racing room early stages. GOLDSTAR SCOOTER (6) - contacted from inside early stages before being bumped again shortly after from the outside. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding bend before running wide. KNOW SCRUTINY (7) - bumped from inside early stages. Forced up the track exiting bend.
Race 10	The Fitz Sports Bar NZ Oaks - R/Af - 520	ALBIE PUNTER (4) - placed in tight quarters prior to the first bend and lost ground. BIGTIME ONFIRE (5) - awkwardly placed on heels prior to the first bend and had to steady. OPAWA KIM (6) - placed in restricted room entering the first bend before being obliged to check outwards off heels making contact with outside runner. FAIR PIPPA (7) - came down track entering the first bend and was slightly turned when contacting inside runner. Ran wide when racing down the back straight. BIGTIME RISE (8) - contacted by inside runner entering the bend and fell to the track. Cleared of injury post race.
Race 11	A2B Asphalt Canterbury Stakes - C5 - 520	OPAWA BRAD (2) - raced in restricted room in the run to the first bend. CAWBOURNE TRIXY (4) - bumped from inside early stages. Placed in restricted room entering the first bend and had to steady. WITH PRIDE (5) - squeezed for racing room early stages. MINA ALLEN (6) - bumped from inside entering the first bend and was slightly turned outwards. CAWBOURNE KRISTY (7) - led. Weakened final bend. ALLEN HADRIAN (8) - obliged to check outwards off heels entering bend and forced up the track.
Race 12	Livamol Sprint - C4 - 295	AMINO TROUBLE (9/1) - slightly dragged down prior to first bend losing ground. Stewards will follow up the recovery of this dog with trainer A Bradshaw in the coming days. BREAKING MAD (2) - forced down the track and dragged down in run to bend. Exited the bend awkwardly making contact with the running rail. Vet check post race and cleared of injury. STARBURST EMMA (3) - forced down the track prior to the bend and made contact with running rail losing ground. Cleared of injury post race. SMASH BOMBER (4) - squeezed for racing room entering the bend before becoming awkwardly placed on heels shortly after running up the track. BACKCHAT HARRY (5) - came down track in run to bend placing pressure on inside runners. HOMEBUSH SLOAN (6) - slow early.
