Judicial report: 1) - R & N O'Regan were issued with a minor infringement notice and fined $50.00 under Rule 44.8 (b) failing to present registration papers. 2) - PLATINUM EARNER completed a satisfactory trial as required. 3) - BIGTIME BLUE was found to have injured the left calf muscle during a pre race trial with a 14 day stand down imposed. Supplementary from Auckland 8/9/19 K O'Regan and B Codlin were both fined $100 for handling without a handlers licence. The track was inspected throughout the meeting. PRESLEY (6) - shifted in after the start into the line of another runner. Collided several occasions first turn becoming tightened losing ground. Awkwardly placed near the running rail rounding the bend shifting out abruptly losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. CARBON TIGER (7) - bumped start. Collided first turn. COOBER PEDY (8) - bumped start. Checked first turn making contact. Contact rounding the bend. BIGTIME LOLA (9/3) - contact for a distance after the start and throughout the back straight losing ground first turn going back onto other runners making contact. Checked rounding the bend shifting in off heels. Bumped final bend.
Race 2	Bigtime Paddy Sprint - C2 - 318	WAERENGA STAR (1) - contact entering the final straight becoming tightened losing ground. KARAOKE PRINCE (2) - raced in restricted room for a distance rounding the bend making contact entering the final straight. MEGA MUNCHIES (3) - bumped back straight and again first turn. GO ALL LIN (4) - contact for a distance after the start and throughout the back straight then raced wide. WAITERIMU RIPPER (5) - tightened and hampered after the start losing ground. Contact entering the final straight. OUT OF PAPER (6) - began awkwardly then tightened and checked losing ground. OUR SIMBA (8) - contact for a distance after the start and throughout the back straight losing ground first turn. STATMAN DAVE (10/7) - tightened and hampered after the start losing ground and shifting wider. Lost contact with the field first turn. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right hind quadriceps with a 21 day stand down imposed.
Race 3	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C0 - 318	BAILEY AND CREAM (1) - slow away. Collided back straight. Collided first turn then hampered losing ground. Shifted in onto the running rail rounding the bend. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right metacarpal with a 14 day stand down imposed. NOISE MAKER (2) - collided back straight. ZERO SPIRIT (3) - contact start and again back straight. Collided first turn losing ground then clipped heels becoming unbalanced and falling. Regained footing to finish the event some distance from the field with a veterinary examination revealing pain in the right wrist with a 21 day stand down imposed. SLEEK MOVER (4) - contact start and again back straight. Contacted from behind first turn. BILL BARNACLE (6) - bumped after the start and again for a distance racing into the first turn losing ground and shifting wider. DONNY (7) - began awkwardly losing ground. Checked first turn shifting across heels then contacted from behind. MASTER BRADY (8) - bumped after the start and again for a distance racing into the first turn shifting in onto heels getting into the line of BAILEY AND CREAM.
Race 4	$4,000 Bonus First4 Sprint - C5 - 318	JINJA BAILEY (1) - slow away. Tightened making contact for a distance back straight and entering the first turn getting forced onto the running rail losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. RELEVANCE (3) - slow away. Contact for a distance entering the first turn becoming awkwardly placed near the running rail. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. ELECTRIC DANCER (4) - contacted from behind first turn. FANTASTIC AMY (5) - contact after the start and again first turn. ASHEN (6) - tightened making contact after the start. Raced wide throughout. KIWI BOY (7) - contact after the start. Shifted in across hindquarters first turn making contact. JINJA MONGO (9/8) - slow away.
Race 5	Last One Standing Sprint - C2/3 - 318	ALWAYS DREAMING (2) - bumped after the start. STAY RICH (3) - bumped after the start. Contact back straight and for a distance first turn. EXPRESS EMPORIUM (4) - shifted out after the start making contact. Dictated inwards back straight becoming tightened making contact then continued to make contact for a distance first turn. IT'S PAWSIBLE (5) - gave ground concluding stages. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right superficial pectoral with a 10 day stand down imposed. ZIPPING GABBY (6) - hampered after the start shifting out across heels. Inconvenienced first turn shifting wide. Bumped final bend. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the left quadriceps with a 10 day stand down imposed. CLOVER VICTORIA (7) - contacted from behind after the start. Angled in back straight making contact then continued to make contact for a distance first turn becoming tightened losing ground. Bumped final bend. Found to have cramped during this event. When questioned connections advised CLOVER VICTORIA had only raced twice in two months after returning from a shoulder injury and would derive benefit from race day fitness. Stewards will follow up on this runners progress in days subsequent. No stand down was required. WONG WAY (8) - contact for a distance first turn.
Race 6	Sergio Stakes - C2 - 527	LITTLE MOO (1) - tightened making contact concluding stages. KAPAI TAHI (2) - collided start becoming unbalanced. Jostled for a distance entering and rounding the first turn. MONSOON MALABAR (3) - collided start. Contact for a distance racing toward the first turn. Lay in concluding stages making contact. JETSUN DOLL (4) - jostled for a distance entering the first turn then tightened and checked losing ground. Bumped rounding the final bend. ENJOY THE PERKS (5) - slow away. Tightened and hampered racing toward the first turn. Checked rounding the first turn. JINJA SHAKE (6) - contact for a distance racing toward the first turn. Checked rounding the first turn.
