1). S Hunt was issued with a warning for failing to present the registration papers for ALENG (race 4).

2). DIG DIG DIG (S O'Neill) which was stood down for 28 days for a race day injury at Wanganui GRC December 6 was presented to the Veterinarian under Rule 56.5 and is now cleared to race.

3). OSKITZ (S Codlin) race 11 was stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial under Rule 55.1b failing to pursue the lure.

4). Stipendiary Stewards report as posted is provisional and subject to further review and amendment.

GINNY WEASLEY (2) - tightened making contact racing into the first turn losing ground then shifted out across heels into the line of OPAWA DELIGHT getting dragged down losing considerable ground and all chance. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. OPAWA BIG (3) - angled in racing toward the first turn making contact. Checked back straight getting on heels. Angled in leaving the back straight making contact. BOTANY THOMMO (4) - shifted in across heels back straight and into the line of OPAWA BIG becoming briefly unbalanced. Bumped final straight. JINJA JAY (5) - bumped after the start. Collided first turn. JINJA NICE (6) - bumped after the start. Collided first turn. Inconvenienced back straight making brief contact. Tightened and checked leaving the back straight. Bumped final straight. FALL GRACEFULLY (7) - collided first turn. OPAWA DELIGHT (8) - hampered first turn getting on hindquarters becoming badly unbalanced losing considerable ground and all chance. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the left proximal metacarpal with a 10 day stand down imposed.

Bumped final straight. RION KING (4) - contact for a distance after the start. SMASH BURTON (5) - tightened and checked after the start losing ground. Contact several occasions first turn.
