• This meeting was closed to public due to Government restrictions surrounding Covid - 19 and was run under Greyhound Racing New Zealand Work Safe Covid - 19 protocols for Level 2.

1) - LITTLE MERMAID completed a satisfactory trial in blinkers.

2) - Investigation opened into the circumstances surrounding BLOCKER (R & N O'Regan) not presented for Veterinary examination/treatment following race 12.

Shifted out into the line of GAIN CAPITAL rounding the bend then raced wide. OPAWA DONAL (4) - tightened making contact for a distance after the start losing ground. Collided several occasions back straight then checked losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed a suspected left hind digital flexor strain with a 14 day stand down imposed. GAIN CAPITAL (5) - contact for a distance after the start losing ground. Jostled for a distance back straight and rounding the first turn. Inconvenienced rounding the bend. PLATINUM SPIRIT (6) - slow away. HILLBILLY BREWED (8) - slow away. Solid contact several occasions back straight becoming unbalanced losing ground.
Race 3	Sports Bowl Function Centre Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1	TRIBAL CONQUEST (2) - held up rounding the bend shifting out off heels. TAMANTHA (3) - bumped start. Bumped first turn. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right metatarsal area with a 10 day stand down imposed. CARL SPACKLER (2) - tightened making contact for a distance throughout the back straight and entering the first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. MY SNUGGLES (3) - lay in back straight making contact. Bumped first turn. SWEET CLOVER (4) - Tightened making contact first turn. ATTILA'S ARROW (5) - jostled for a distance back straight then tightened for a distance. Bumped first turn. Collided rounding the bend. STAY RICH (6) - jostled for a distance back straight.
