Trainer Ms S Ross has lodged with the Judicial Control Authority Appeals Tribunal a Notice of Appeal in regards to the decision and penalty dated 24th September 2020 in which the Judicial Committee disqualified Ms Ross for a period of 15 months for breaches of GRNZ Rules 62.1 (q), (g), (p) and (w). A hearing date for this appeal is at a time yet to be determined.
