General:

1) Following consistent, heavy rain the track was down graded to Dead at the conclusion of Race 4.

1) TUFF ADMIRAL (B Mitchell) - 10 clear runs.

Stand downs:

1) BIG TIME PRADA (L Cole) - 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue the lure in Race 10.

THRILLING MERLIN (2) - bumped shortly after the start. Contacted from behind nearing the bend when crossing to the lead. DANGEROUS EDGE (3) - slow away. Tightened nearing the bend losing ground appearing to contact the rail. Referred to the veterinarian and cleared of injury. IN THE CLINCH (4) - squeezed BIG TIME NAVY shortly after the start. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. Coursed wide entering the home straight. BIG TIME NAVY (5) - awkward off the matts becoming momentarily unbalanced, then bumped BIG TIME ANDY. Squeezed between runners shortly after the start. Referred to the veterinarian and cleared of injury. JOAN JET (6) - slow away. Tightened DANGEROUS EDGE nearing the bend. BRONSKI BEAT (5) - raced wide at various stages. SPEED MACHINE (7) - contacted entering the first bend, in turn contacting FINE INTENTION. FINE INTENTION (8) - contacted entering the first bend. Raced wide at various stages.
Race 4	Paul Claridge Electrical C1 - C1 - 457	HIGHVIEW ANNA (1) - brushed THRILLING VERA shortly after the start. THRILLING VERA (2) - brushed HIGHVIEW ANNA shortly after the start. TUFF ADMIRAL (3) - buffeted ALLEGRO RUBY through the back straight, eventually clearing that runner entering the bend. Raced wide through the home straight. ALLEGRO PIPPA (4) - raced wide through the early stages of the home straight. ALLEGRO RUBY (5) - buffeted between runners through the back straight, eventually losing ground entering the bend. Race 5	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C1 - C1 - 410	FATHER LEO (2) - placed in restricted room shortly after the start, then awkwardly placed nearing the bend. HOMEBUSH FUDGE (3) - bumped shortly after the start, then tightened. Appeared to contact the rail on the point of the bend. Tightened MITHCAM OCEAN nearing the home straight. Referred to the veterinarian and cleared of injury. ARM TURNER (5) - tightened shortly after the start. Raced wide through the home straight. THRILLING GINA (3) - contacted entering the bend, then checked and lost ground. Contacted from behind on the point of the bend. Referred to the veterinarian and found to have general soreness with a 7 day stand down recommended.. BIG TIME JIMMY (4) - squeezed between runners nearing the bend, losing ground. SILENT DISMISSAL (5) - squeezed between runners nearing the bend. Referred to the veterinarian and found to have soreness in multiple areas with a 14 day stand down recommended. TUFF TIGER (6) - squeezed BIG TIME JIMMY and SILENT DISMISSAL nearing the bend, then checked THRILLING GINA. WIFI WILBUR (7) - went up with the lids settling at the rear of the field. Race 8	Bigtime Paddy at Stud C4 - C4 - 410	SPARKLE PONY (1) - slow away. Attempted to improve into a marginal gap entering the bend losing momentum. RAPID FIRE (2) - tightened BIG TIME GWYN nearing the home straight. BIG TIME LEBRON (3) - moved up the track nearing the bend bumping SCREAMING VIKING. Coursed wide through the bend. BIG TIME GWYN (4) - bumped nearing the bend. Tightened nearing the home straight. Contacted from behind entering the home straight. BIG TIME BRYNN (5) - bumped BIG TIME GWYN nearing the bend. Referred to the veterinarian and found to have a dislocated toe with no pain or instability with no stand down required. ENTREE ONLY (8) - bumped shortly after the start. Raced wide throughout.
Race 10	Big Barrel Palmerston North C3 - C3 - 410	BIG TIME PRADA (1) - began very quickly, then turned her head outwards for several strides. Referred to the veterinarian and found to have a deltoid muscle injury requiring a 7 day stand down, not withstanding that stood down pursuant with Rule 55.1(b), failing to pursue, for 28 days and to complete a satisfactory trial. BROKE BRAD (4) - bumped shortly after the start, losing ground, then moved up the track shouldering MY BENTLEY. Raced wide through the home straight. MY BENTLEY (6) - tightened at the start, then bumped BROKE BRAD and shouldered. BIG TIME PAISLEY (7) - tightened MY BENTLEY shortly after the start. ADOBE GIRL (8) - boxed first.
