Race 1	Follow Auckland GRC on Facebook Sprint - C0 - 318	PERSIAN CHIEF (1) - turned head outwards for several strides after the start. Collided first turn becoming unbalanced shifting out off heels. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. Subsequently stood down for 28 days and until the completion of a satisfactory trial for failing to pursue. DONNING (2) - slow away. HURRICANE BOB (3) - tightened and hampered first turn. BLITZING STAR (4) - collided first turn when tightened between runners becoming unbalanced losing considerable ground. Veterinary examination revealed partial split webbing on the left hind with a 14 day stand down imposed. GIRL HOPE (6) - Hampered first turn having to check losing ground. Awkwardly placed on heels final bend. LOLA LOLA (7) - tightened after the start. Hampered first turn having to check losing ground. WHO I AM (8) - collided first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground.
Race 2	Jo's Wholesale & Sports Bar Taipa Tavern Sprint - C1 - 318	GINNY GIN (1) - slow away. Tightened and checked first turn. Steadied when in restricted room rounding the bend. BARNEY PARROT (3) - slow away. ZIPPING SPOOK (5) - shifted in off heels first turn. Veterinary exami9nation revealed a dislocated toe on the left fore which was replaced and a 10 day stand down imposed. BIG TIME BOOTS (6) - dragged down first turn losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right hip support with a 10 day stand down imposed. TIDES RISING (7) - contact start. DRIFTER DODGE (8) - slow away shifting out in across heels. Got on heels first turn becoming unbalanced shifting wide. Raced wide for the remainder of the event.
Race 3	Pump & Engineering Services Ltd Stakes - C1 - 527	OPAWA BIG (2) - tightened first turn shifting out off heels making contact. LET EM TALK (3) - bumped first turn and again entering the back straight. BLACK MAVIS (4) - hampered first turn. Contact entering the back straight. Tightened making contact leaving the back straight losing ground. REACT RESPOND (5) - bumped after the start. Angled in laving the back straight getting contacted from behind. THEA WHO (6) - collided several occasions after the start losing ground. Tightened and hampered first turn losing ground. Raced wide final bend. EYE SPY TY (7) - slow away. Tightened making contact for a distance first turn. Tightened making contact leaving the back straight losing ground. OPAWA TRUMP (8) - collided several occasions after the start losing ground. Angled in making contact first turn then jostled for a distance. Checked leaving the back straight then held up throughout the final bend losing ground.
Race 4	MPS Fencing Sprint - C1/2 - 318	PORTLAND ART (1) - tightened to the inside of BIG TIME JEWEL losing ground. Tightened and checked first turn losing ground making contact. BUCKLAND BOY (2) - slow away. Contact first turn. BIG TIME JEWEL (3) - bumped back straight. WHO IS COOPER (6) - slow away. HOW'S THE ENEMY (7) - slow away. Contact rounding the bend.
Race 5	Hewlett Electrical Sprint - C3/4 - 318	ZIPPING SAINT (1) - bumped first turn. Steadied when tightened final bend. ARCHIE JOHN HILL (2) - bumped first turn. BASELINE (3) - tightened onto the running rail making contact first turn. Shifted out off heels rounding the bend. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the left biceps fumoirs and unstable digit 5 with a 10 day stand down imposed. BIG TIME FELIX (4) - jostled back straight. Tightened and hampered first turn losing ground. THRILLING HUDSON (5) - bumped first turn losing ground. HOUSE SURGEON (6) - jostled back straight. Hampered first turn going back onto CALL ME LEO becoming badly unbalanced losing all chance. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. CALL ME LEO (7) - hampered first turn going over HOUSE SURGEON becoming badly unbalanced losing all chance. Veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. MARCUS (8) - checked first turn.
Race 6	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C3/4 - 527	ZIPPING BARTY (4) - contact concluding stages. SERBIAN ACE (6) - slow away. DANISH DELIGHT (8) - angled in concluding stages making contact.
Race 7	Carol's TAB Taipa Tavern Sprint - C5 - 318	FERNANDO CHARM (2) - collided several occasions back straight losing ground. THRILLING FREDDY (4) - collided between runners several occasions back straight and rounding the first turn becoming unbalanced shifting wide. GOLDEN FERN (5) - slow away. Checked first turn shifting wide off heels. ALLEGRO RORY (7) - collided several occasions back straight and entering the first turn losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed lacerations on the left hind requiring sutures with a 14 day stand down imposed.
