1 ) BIG TIME VIOLET ( L Cole ) was a late scratching out of race 6 after gaining a start in race 9 due to an office administration error..

1) Trainer G Hodgson advised Stewards that BUTTER CHURN had suffered a possible fracture right metatarsal and was intending to have x-rays taken and advise Stewards of the outcome.

Race 1	$30,000 457m Feature Heats Here Feb. 4th C0 - C0 - 457	RIDGELINE ROCKER (2) - soon after the start he attempted to push outwards running into THRILLING FERN and jostled with this runner for some strides. Racing into the bend he pushed outwards to race wide into the home straight. RIDGELINE ROCKER appeared to be uncomfortable in his action on the near hind in the latter stages of the run to the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. THRILLING FERN (7) - fav- soon after the start she was severely tightened between runners being bumped and jostled for some strides, then pushed outwards and was unbalanced entering the bend losing momentum and ground to well back in the field. She made up some ground in the run to the line. BIG TIME SEATTLE (8) - angled inwards from the jump running into THRILLING FERN pushing this runner inwards for some strides.
Race 2	$30,000 720m Distance Feature Heats Here Feb. 4th C1 - C1 - 457	LAR GRAND SOPHIA (1) - soon after the start she was hampered and jostled for some strides as BIG TIME PEGGY raced across. Once clear she led to the home straight where she became unbalanced for a couple of strides turning in. ADOBE BETTY (2) - checked racing off the mats as LOSING DAYS angled in across her line catching her hindquarters. Settled in the rear thereafter. LOSING DAYS (3) - angled in across the line of ADOBE BETTY racing from the start and was contatced in the hindquarters and lost ground. MAD WORLD (4) - checked racing from the start as BIG TIME PEGGY angled in across his line. BIG TIME PEGGY (5) - from the jump she angled straight in across the line of MAD WORLD. Checked into the bend and lost ground as BIG TIME KILTY crossed to the rail. BIG TIME USAIN (6) - soon after the start he angled out across heels and became awkwardly placed for a few strides enterign the bend. BIG TIME KILTY (7) - angled across into the bend checking runner to his inner.
Race 3	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C0 - C0 - 410	BIG TIME DAWN (4) - began awkwardly leaving the boxes. Soon after she was bumped and pushed sideways becoming unbalanced entering the bend losing momentum. BILLIE BRUISER (5) - checked leaving the boxes as BIG TIME DAWN crossed into her line. Held up for several strides in the run onto the top bend. Trainer k Lincoln -Papuni reported on the improved run today the dog has trailed up well prior to today's meeting and has had an intentional weight decrease. BIG TIME MYSTIC (6) - soon after the start she came together with FEEL THE MADNESS bumping and jostling for some strides being pushed inwards between runners into the bend. FEEL THE MADNESS (7) - soon after the start she attempted to angle across and came together with BIG TIME MYSTIC and jostled for some strides before being tightened and forced back from between runners enterign the bend. BIG TIME BALLET (8) - bumped and jostled with FEEL THE MADNESS and BIG TIME MYSTIC for some strides in the run into the bend.
Race 4	Big Barrel Palmerston North C0 - C0 - 410	ALL CHECKED OUT (1) - dwelt at the jump . Settled back ran onto the hind of GOTCHA COBY and checked on the home turn losing momentum. GOTCHA COBY (3) - went up in the boxes and began awkwardly. Settled handy checked and went down on her haunches on the home turn losing momentum and ground. referred to the vet and cleared of injury. ALLEGRO BOW (4) - hampered entering the bend when wnhen clearing hindquarters BIG TIME RARE (6) - angled outwards into the bend taking runner to her outer wide for some strides. LOST IN PACE (7) - dictated wide into the bend as BIG TIME RARE angled wide. ALLEGRO SCAMP (8) - hampered entering the bend when racing in tight quarters and running into the hind of ALLEGRO BOW checking outwards and checked again when bumping with GOTCHA COBY.
Race 5	Greyhounds As Pets Reverse Criteria C1 - C1 - 410	HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF (3) - hampered for some strides the checked entering the bend. Unbalanced and lost momentum turning in unable to make ground to the line. TAKAKAWE (4) - racing from the start she angled outwards bumped and ran out wide across heels onto the top bend. Came back off heels across the top bend losing some ground. SUMMER GLEE (7) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. Hampered soon after as TAKAKAWE angled out across her line. Hampered for a couple of strides entering the home straight. OPAWA GRAVEL (8) - bumped soon after the start as TAKAKAWE angled outwards .Dictated wide into the bend and bumped with HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF nearing the home turn.
Race 6	Total Bodyshop Supplies C1 - C1 - 410	SHAKE A LEG (7) - began very awkwardly soon after she angled inwards and was checked into the bend faltering and finishing in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and found to have a torn right gracilis muscle with a 42 day stand down recommended. Required to complete an injury trial. PENNY MOWHAWK (8) - angled into the bend in across the line of SHAKE A LEG checking this runner. BIG TIME CHARM (9/1) - away well early stages. Drifted back entering the bend and was uncomfortable in her galloping action finishing towards the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 7	Paul Claridge Electrical C1 - C1 - 410	BIG TIME VELMA (1) - began very awkwardly and was slow into stride. Made up ground across the top bend. LOVE RACE (2) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. Contact into the bend as BIG TIME RAFE lay inwards . BIG TIME RAFE (3) - in the run to the bend he lay in onto LOVE RACE for some strides and was tightened and checked contacting the hind of BOBBY DAZZLER becoming awkwardly placed losing momentum and ground as angled inwards entering the bend. BOBBY DAZZLER (7) - angled into the bend causing severe tightening to BIG TIME RAFE and was checked as this runner went back catching his hindquarters and checking losing momentum and ground. BIG TIME STORM (8) - angled across into the bend catching the hind of BOBBY DAZZLER checking out wide.
Race 8	Outback Trading Company C1 - C1 - 410	BIG TIME BEKIM (5) - hampered racing from the start as MILO TONIGHT angled across. Held up in the run across the top bend and came back off heels losing some ground. MILO TONIGHT (6) - angled across the line of BIG TIME BEKIM racing from the start. ADOBE FLAME (7) - dictated wide onto the top bend and raced wide thereafter. MITCHAM NIKORIMA (8) - awkwardly placed when pushed outwards entering the bend and was hampered when held up and clearing the heels of LIBERTY TAKER.
Race 9	Greyhounds Make Great Pets Final C1 - C1f - 410	CHIC IN TIME (3) - contact and checked entering the bend as TRUE TESTAMENT angled across. SUPER GOLD (5) - fav- angled inwards into a handy position racing onto the top bend and was held up for some strides .He checked out across heels racing into the home straight finishing best in the run to the line. ARIANA SUNSET (7) - angled inwards into the bend and was hampered when coming out off TRUE TESTAMENT and raced wide into the bend. BIG TIME VIOLET (9/1) - tightened and checked into the bend as runners tightened inwards. She was hampered for some strides in the run across the top bend when looking to clear heels. Contacted the rail nearing the home turn finishing in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 10	$15,000 Sprint Feature Heats Here Feb. 4th C2 - C2 - 410	BORN TRIXIE (2) - hampered racing from the start as runners came across and lost ground entering the bend .She raced wide into and around the bend finishing in the rear at the line. UNCLE ALBERT (3) - hampered in the early stages and lost his initial momentum as runners crossed inwards. Held up in the run across the top bend who attempting to improve between runners. BIG TIME MUHAMAD (4) - began awkwardly and was quickly into stride. CHECK ME OUT (5) - began awkwardly and was quickly into stride. KIOSK (6) - tightened and checked into the bend losing ground.
