On reviewing the film with Trainer L Pearce she commented that the dog is a wide runner and as the film shows the boxes are sitting side on to the track which are a distraction and a pile of sand not normally there. After considering the submissions put forward the Stewards agree that L Pearce has made some valid points and no further action was taken on this occasion. performance noted.
