1) All Greyhounds trained by Ms. W Kite and Mr. F Kite were late scratched after being involved in a road accident en route to the track.

Bumped CRISPY CHICKEN entering the final bend losing some ground as a result. CRISPY CHICKEN (4) - crowded entering the first bend, then contacted ENGINE ROOM. Bumped entering the bend, losing momentum. ENGINE ROOM (6) - contacted and unbalanced entering the first bend, losing ground and out of contention as a result. Referred to the OTV and was found to have a torn nail left hind 4th toe 14 day stand down was recommended. LET EM TALK (8) - slow away. Raced wide at various stages throughout.
Race 2	greyhoundtips.co.nz C2/C3 - C2/3 - 457	BIG TIME NAVY (1) - brushed RHODES WORTHY nearing the bend. Contacted TEKKI JIM entering the bend. Contacted ALLEGRO ZIPPY from behind on the point of the bend. Contacted nearing the winning post. HIGHVIEW NESS (2) - slow away. Raced wide at various stages. RHODES WORTHY (4) - brushed BIG TIME NAVY nearing the bend. Shifted across heels entering the bend, losing some ground in the process. Raced wide through the bend and early stages of the home straight. ALLEGRO ZIPPY (7) - contacted from behind on the point of the bend. Bumped TEKKI JIM nearing the home straight. Contacted BIG TIME NAVY nearing the winning post. TEKKI JIM (8) - contacted entering the bend. Bumped nearing the home straight.
Race 3	Big Barrel Palmerston North C4/C5 - C4/5 - 457	TUFF ADMIRAL (1) - slow away. Bumped BIG TIME ODETTE entering the bend, then switched across heels moving up the track. Inconvenienced and dictated wide entering the home straight. MR FARENHEIT (2) - attempted to move up the track through the back straight bumping ALLEGRO PIPPA on a number of occasions. XANTHONE (3) - bumped nearing the home straight becoming unbalanced and moving up the track. Tangled with BROKE BRAD entering the home straight, becoming very unbalanced and losing ground. Referred to the OTV and cleared of injury. BIG TIME HARPER (4) - bumped XANTHONE nearing the home straight. BROKE BRAD (6) - bumped at the start, then again shortly after the start. Tangled with XANTHONE entering the home straight, inconveniencing TUFF ADMIRAL. BIG TIME ODETTE (7) - bumped BROKE BRAD at the start, then again shortly after the start. Bumped entering the bend losing ground. ALLEGRO PIPPA (8) - bumped on a number of occasions through the back straight.
Race 4	Paul Claridge Electrical C1 - C1 - 410	PRETTY BELINDA (W Kite) and BIG TIME CHASE (F Kite) late scratchings (refer Judicial). AL'S LOADED (1) - coursed wide through the latter stages of the bend. PENNY MOWHAWK (4) - crowded entering the bend. AL'S CASINO (5) - contacted from behind shortly after the start. Coursed wide entering the home straight. BIG TIME DOUBLE (7) - began awkwardly, then contacted AL'S CASINO from behind shortly after the start. Awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend.
Race 5	World's Fastest Couch Potatoes C4/C5 - C4/5 - 410	WATERLOO PINK (W Kite) late scratching (refer Judicial). BIG TIME NALA (1) - contacted from behind nearing the home straight. SO EXCITED (2) - squeezed runners to his outside shortly after the start. Raced wide through the home straight. SCREAMING VIKING (3) - squeezed between runners shortly after the start, eventually losing ground nearing the bend. BIG TIME VERSACE (4) - bumped at the start. Squeezed between runners shortly after the start. Slight contact from behind nearing the home straight. HIGHVIEW TIGGER (6) - bumped BIG TIME VERSACE at the start, then squeezed runners to his inside shortly after the start. Coursed wide entering the home straight. BIG TIME GWYN (7) - tightened entering the bend. Contacted BIG TIME VERSACE from behind nearing the home straight. BIG TIME JONIE (8) - tightened BIG TIME GWYN entering the bend.
Race 6	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C4 - C4 - 410	ZAMAH (2) - bumped BIG TIME TASHA at the start, then squeezed that runner shortly after the start. Buffeted by BIGTIME LEO entering the bend. BIG TIME TASHA (3) - began awkwardly, then bumped from the inside and outside. Squeezed between runners shortly after the start becoming unbalanced and losing ground. BIGTIME LEO (4) - bumped BIG TIME TASHA at the start. Buffeted ZAMAH entering the bend. Bumped nearing the home straight losing some momentum. BIG TIME LEBRON (5) - slow away. Buffeted by BIG TIME GIGI through the bend. BEES AND BIRDS (6) - jostled. briefly, with BIG TIME JIMMY shortly after the start. Raced wide through the home straight. BIG TIME JIMMY (7) - jostled, briefly, with BEES AND BIRDS shortly after the start. Bumped BIGTIME LEO nearing the home straight. BIG TIME GIGI (8) - buffeted BIG TIME LEBRON through the bend. Coursed wide entering the home straight.
Race 7	PNGRC Sectional Times @ pngreyhounds.kiwi C3 - C3 - 410	SEDGEBROOK SALLY (F Kite) late scratching (refer Judicial). SO LIKE ME (3) - boxed first. Had his heels clipped shortly after the start and fell as a result. Referred to the OTV and was humanely euthanatized on Veterinary advice due to a spinal injury. YESENIA (4) - inconvenienced by fallen runner shortly after the start. Coursed wide entering the home straight. OPAWA VIOLET (5) - bumped at the start and forced inwards then clipped the heels of SO LIKE ME shortly after the start, then inconvenienced by fallen runner. BIG TIME YONKERS (6) - bumped OPAWA VIOLET at the start. Bumped BUTTER CHURN nearing and entering the bend. Tightened BUTTER CHURN nearing the home straight. BIG TIME SCOOTER (8) - slow away. BUTTER CHURN (9/1) - inconvenienced by fallen runner shortly after the start. Bumped nearing the bend and again entering the bend. Tightened nearing the home straight. Coursed wide entering the home straight.
Race 8	Merry Christmas From PNGRC C2 - C2 - 410	There was a delay to the start of this event due to the incident in Race 7. PAVING WAY (1) - moved up the track to race wide through the back straight, receiving some slight contact from behind in the process. Raced wide throughout. MY BENTLEY (2) - began awkwardly. CHIC IN TIME (3) - bumped at the start. Tightened entering the bend. Raced wide through the early stages of the home straight. ALLEGRO BANDIT (4) - bumped CHIC IN TIME at the start. Contacted from behind nearing the bend, in turn tightened CHIC IN TIME entering the bend. ALLEGRO PEACHES (5) - contacted ALLEGRO BANDIT from behind nearing the bend, becoming unbalanced and losing some momentum, bumping TRUE TESTAMENT in the process. TRUE TESTAMENT (6) - began awkwardly, squeezing MITHCHAM NIKORIMA at the start. Bumped entering the bend. ADOBE PEBBLES (8) - began awkwardly, then bumped. Tightened MITCHAM NIKORIMA entering the bend. MITCHAM NIKORIMA (9/7) - squeezed at the start, contacting ADODE PEBBLES as a result. Tightened entering the bend, losing some ground and drifted to finish a distant last. When questioned regarding performance kennel representative S McInerney advised Stewards that MITCHAM NIKORIMA was having his first start since September and would derive some benefit from the run, he also suggested that MITCHAM NIKORIMA would benefit from down grading. Referred to the OTV and was found to have pain in right deltoid muscle with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C2 - C2 - 410	WAITING GAME (W Kite) late scratching (refer Judicial). There was a delay to the start of this race due to Race 8 being delayed. BIG TIME FAYE (1) - severely tightened entering the bend contacting the rail and losing ground as a result. Referred to the OTV and cleared of injury. BIG TIME ADISON (2) - crowded nearing the bend, becoming unbalanced and losing ground. BORN TRIXIE (4) - moved up the track, inconveniencing BIG TIME REWARD shortly after the start and raced wide through the back and home straight. OPAWA LYNDSAY (5) - tightened BIG TIME FAYE entering the bend. BIG TIME REWARD (6) - inconvenienced shortly after the start. ARIANA SUNSET (7) - raced wide at various stages.
