HOMEBUSH STASSER (3) - shouldered with THUNDER HALLOWS early stages before being turned outwards when having its hindquarters raced on approaching the bend checking MABLE JEWEL as a consequence. MABLE JEWEL (4) - checked and turned outwards approaching the bend. Placed in restricted room rounding the bend. YOUNG ROMEO (7) - slow early. Checked approaching the bend before being awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend.
Race 2	mayhounds.org.nz Rehoming Group Sprint - C3 - 295	IT'S BETTER (1) - shouldered with AMURI EARLY early stages. AMURI EARLY (2) - shouldered with IT'S BETTER early stages before receiving contact from HOMEBUSH MANCHO. HOMEBUSH MACHO (3) - forced down onto AMURI EARLY early stages. Awkwardly placed between runners approaching the bend falling to the track as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 5 days as a precaution. KNOW SMOKEY (4) - raced in restricted room early stages and again approaching the bend losing ground. BEES ARE BUZZING (5) - raced in tight quarters entering the bend.
Race 3	Travel Bug Charlie On Instagram Stakes - C3 - 520	TOMFOOLERY (2) - checked off heels entering the first bend. KNOW ACCOUNT (6) - bumped with HUMBLING early stages. HUMBLING (7) - bumped with KNOW ACCOUNT early stages.
Race 4	Balcairn Stockfoods & CopRice Dog Food Dash - C3 - 295	GOLDSTAR MAUNEY (4) - was a late scratching at kenneling. HOMEBUSH JETHRO (1) - briefly raced in restricted room entering the bend. HOMEBUSH ZACK (6) - awkward and slow away.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	CALCULATED RISK (2) - slow early. KNOW RATIO (4) - contacted from the outside early stages. Shifted off heels rounding the bend forcing HOMEBUSH SPARKLE up the track. FLY HIGH BUDDY (5) - forced down onto KNOW RATIO early stages. GOLDSTAR CLOVER (6) - slow early. Crowded entering the bend. HOMEBUSH LIAM (7) - shifted down the track early stages forcing FLY HIGH BUDDY down onto KNOW RATIO. HOMEBUSH SPARKLE (8) - dictated up the track rounding the bend.
Race 6	Flair Stakes - R/A - 520	MANDY JEWEL (2) - placed in tight quarters entering the first bend. GOLDSTAR LINDA (5) - severely checked entering the first bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to have a shoulder strain with a 7 day stand down recommended. CHATTY MAVIS (7) - weakened late in the run home. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. OPAWA GINA (8) - tripped going across the winning post after becoming awkward on the heels of OPAWA PIP.
Race 7	Camside Stud Dash - C4 - 295	SMASH READY (2) - slow early. SUCK IT UP (5) - heels clipped exiting the bend. SIMON THE PIEMAN (6) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend having to check and lose ground. Raced on heels exiting the bend. HOMEBUSH FANTA (7) - raced on the hindquarters of GOLDSTAR QUINN entering the bend losing momentum and coursing wide. GOLDSTAR QUINN (8) - hindquarters raced on entering the bend losing ground and coursing wide.
Race 8	Active Electrical Christchurch Sprint - C4 - 295	TAIERI FINN (3) - boxed first. Began awkwardly shifting out checking ADOBE DERULO. ADOBE DERULO (4) - checked on jumping shifting up the track and colliding with GOLDSTAR ANGE. GOLDSTAR ANGE (5) - received contact from the inside early stages brushing the hindquarters of BARBARA'S ANGEL as a consequence. BARBARA'S ANGEL (6) - hindquarters brushed early stages.
Race 9	Selwyn-Rakaia Vet Services Stakes - C4/5 - 520	FAIRLY ABLE (2) - weakened rounding the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stewards will follow up the recovery in the coming days. RIPSLINGER ROXY (3) - slow early. Checked off heels approaching the first bend. EPIC CRUZE (6) - slow early. KNOW GRIZZLES (8) - awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend.
Race 10	Hart Family Greyhound Racing Sprint - C5 - 295	GOLDSTAR WYNTER (2) - jostled with JOCELYN in the run to the bend before being obligated to check and lose ground when placed in restricted room. JOCELYN (3) - jostled with GOLDSTAR WYNTER in the run to the bend. GHOST MODE (6) - slow early. SMOOTH STEP (8) - checked from behind entering the bend. Assessed by vet and found to have a small cut to a wrist with a 7 day stand down recommended. OPAWA OSCAR (9/5) - raced on heels entering the bend. ROMEO (10/4) - boxed first.
Race 11	Suck It Up Ltd Sprint - C5 - 295	HOMEBUSH SIRIUS - was a late scratching after sustaining a injury to its shoulder when being retrieved from its kennel. NOTORIOUS HEIST (1) - hampered early stages when crowded. GOLDSTAR SHAGGY (2) - crowded NOTORIOUS HEIST early stages. BARBER CUBED (3) - raced in restricted room in the run to the bend losing ground. HILTON HOPE (4) - raced in restricted room in the run to the bend. MUSTANG MEGAN (5) - raced in restricted room in the run to the bend.
