1). Trainer M Black informed Stewards HARDCORE BRUTE had pulled up well from the event however had sustained a minor spike wound. Stewards questioned the reason the greyhound wasn't presented for a post race examination when requested and after hearing Miss Black's explanation reminded her of her obligations in future.

Awkwardly placed to the outside of BIGTIME ALFIE entering the final bend losing momentum, GET ME HOME (7) - placed in restricted room between runners first bend having to check and lose ground. BIGTIME ALFIE (8) - crowded GET ME HOME first bend. Raced on the hindquarters of OPAWA MEG back straight. Terminally checked entering the final bend when racing in tight quarters. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
Race 2	Mt Wellington TAB Stakes - C3 - 527	TOKYO BIRD (2) - checked and lost ground entering the first bend. Crowded and lost further ground rounding the first bend. Collided with SHONKY STICKER entering the back straight. THRILLING ESTHER (3) - crowded and lost ground entering the first bend. SHONKY STICKER (4) - crowded and lost ground entering the first bend. Collided with TOKYO BIRD entering the back straight. JAM PACKED (5) - crowded and lost ground entering the first bend. Checked and turned outwards rounding the first bend. DARK HAZARD (6) - crowded and lost ground entering the first bend. Shifted off heels exiting the final bend. OPAWA ROWAN (7) - crowded inside runners entering the first bend. OPAWA SANDRIDGE (8) - slow early. Lost ground when awkwardly placed on heels entering the first bend.
Race 3	MPS Fencing Series Final - C2f - 318	NANA MOLLY (1) - slow early. OPAWA ANDREW (2) - crowded approaching the bend having to steady and lose ground checking BOOT CAMP TIARA and THRILLING VIOLET as a consequence. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have pain its left wrist with a 10 day incapacitation issued. FULL OF SECRETS (4) - raced on heels in the run to the bend. BOOT CAMP TIARA (5) - checked entering the bend. THRILLING VIOLET (6) - checked entering the bend. GEORGIA'S GIRL (7) - contacted from the outside by THRILLING TUCKER entering the bend. THRILLING TUCKER (8) - made contact with GEORGIA'S GIRL entering the bend.
Race 4	Carol's TAB Taipa Tavern Sprint - C4 - 318	PAN EDITION (1) - checked rounding the bend and again from behind exiting the bend. OPAWA BOYS PAID (3) - contacted from the outside in the run to the bend making possible contact with the rail. Awkwardly placed on heels rounding the bend and again exiting the bend. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. GOTCHA MURPHY (4) - shouldered with UP YOUR QUOTA rounding the bend. Placed in restricted room exiting the bend. BIG TIME FELIX (5) - forced down the track in the run to the bend contacting OPAWA BOYS PAID as a consequence. IT'S BETTER (6) - jostled with BIG TIME MUHAMAD through the early stages before being placed in restricted room. Checked from behind exiting the bend. BIG TIME MUHAMAD (7) - jostled with IT'S BETTER through the early stages before shifting down the track forcing BIG TIME FELIX down onto OPAWA BOYS PAID. UP YOUR QUOTA (10/8) - shouldered with GOTCHA MURPHY rounding the bend.
Race 5	Auckland Stayers Cup - C2d - 779	NIGHTHAWK STYLE (1) - eased free of interference approaching the first bend losing contact with the field. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days for Failing to Pursue the Lure and must complete a satisfactory trial. KNOW ACCOUNT (2) - checked off heels approaching the first turn. HIGHVIEW NESS (3) - shifted outwards off heels early stages. Weakened approaching the final turn finishing a distance from the winner. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Co-Trainer G Fredrickson advised the bitch had not travelled comfortably being its first trip away from home and that she should derive some benefit from the experience. Notwithstanding the comments of Mr Frederickson Stewards placed a warning on the bitch's Distance record. HE'S ALI (6) - checked off heels rounding the first bend.
Race 6	AGRC Invitation Sprint - INV - 318	BIG TIME STAR (1) - collided with BIG TIME VERSACE early stages placing MY MATE SPEIGHT in restricted room as a consequence. MY MATE SPEIGHT (2) - placed in restricted room early stages. BIG TIME VERSACE (3) - collided with BIG TIME STAR early stages before being contacted from the outside by DRIFTER DODGE. BIGTIME BRODY (4) - last to jump before being forced to race in restricted room having to check and lose ground DRIFTER DODGE (5) - shifted down the track early stages placing pressure on inside runners before becoming awkwardly placed on the heels of BIG TIME VERSACE losing its balance. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have soreness to its right hamstring and left gracilis with a 10-day incapacitation issued. ALLEGRO RORY (7) - checked inwards off heels approaching the bend. ZIPPING DEREK (8) - shifted off heels exiting the bend.
Race 7	Delys Van Meeuwen Memorial Trophy - INV - 527	ZIPPING HEWITT (3) - obligated to shift off heels in the run to the finish losing momentum. BEST BALL (5) - awkward early stages. Checked off heels entering the first bend losing ground. PEDRO LEE (6) - awkwardly placed on heels first bend.
Race 8	Railway Sprint (Group 1) Final - C5f - 318	BIG TIME PRADA (1) - hindquarters contacted entering the bend after being crowded by WILD KIWI. PORTLAND WONDER (2) - contacted the hindquarters of BIG TIME PANDA entering the bend. GOLDEN FERN (3) - shouldered with WHEELS ON FIRE early stages. WILD KIWI (4) - Crowded the running line of BIG TIME PRADA entering the bend having its hindquarters clipped. Referred to the Veterinarian by connections where it was reported to have pain in its left adductor and metacarpal with a 14 day incapacitation issued. NEVADA PHIL (5) - slow early. WHEELS ON FIRE (6) - shouldered with GOLDERN FERN early stages before then shouldering with MASTER PORTHOS. Placed in restricted room in the run to the bend having to check and lose ground. MASTER PORTHOS (7) - shouldered with WHEELS ON FIRE early stages. PINA COLADA (8) - awkwardly placed to the outside of GOLDERN FERN entering the bend shifting up the track and causing MASTER PORTHOS and NEVADA PHIL to race extremely wide.

KNOW KEEPER (6) - briefly raced on the hindquarters of TALBINGO BALE and THRILLING RISK in the early stages. Awkwardly placed to the inside of THRILLING RISK entering the first bend.
