Christchurch GRC 11 March 2022 - Race 1

TAIERI TAYLEE (R Casey) - reported to have a badly bruised toe after suffering interference during race with x-rays revealing no fracture.

Review:

A Review into the stand down for marring by MR MUPPET (J McInerney) on 25 February 2022 was held at Addington today with the Adjudicators agreeing with the Stewards decision of standing the Greyhound down for 1 year.

Ran wide back straight. OPAWA NUT (2) - checked by LIGHTFOOT LUNA early stages losing ground. GOLDSTAR CHARM (3) - tightened by LIGHTFOOT LUNA into first turn losing ground. JELLY FISH (4) - contacted by inside runners into first turn. ELLIAS BALE (5) - tightened by MY CURLY first turn dropping to rear. Ran wide back straight and run home. SUGAR TIME (7) - pushed wide around first turn. MY CURLY (9/6) - ran inwards first turn tightening ELLIAS BALE.
