| Race 1 | TAB Bonus Back This Weekend C0 - C0 - 375 | FIERY SUZIE (1) - led towards the bend and was hampered losing some momentum as BIG TIME TEA angled across to the rail. AROHANUI MARINE (2) - began awkwardly for a stride or so then ran outwards checking several runners . SOLO PARTY (3) - checked soon after the start. SEE SILLY SALLY (4) - hampered soon after the start. settled back and was held up for a couple of strides racing onto the top bend. HIGHVIEW MAGGIE (5) - hampered soon after the start. BLUE COD (7) - racing to the top bend she angled in across the line of EXPRESS WAY checking this runner. BIG TIME TEA (8) - fav- hampered FIERY SUZIE marginally entering the bend. EXPRESS WAY (9/6) - checked racing from the start as runners came together. Checked and lost ground in the run onto the top bend. |
| Race 2 | PNGRC Sectional Times @ pngreyhounds.kiwi C0 - C0 - 457 | EFFORTLESS RUN (1) - hampered briefly entering the bend as JOAN JET crossed to the rail. JOAN JET (2) - angled to the rail entering the bend briefly hampering runner to her inner. BROTHER PETE (5) - hampered early stages as JUMP ELLE came across and jostled with JUMPE ELLE for a couple of strides. He soon angled wide improved to race outside the leader on the home turn and became awkwardly placed for a couple of strides turning in. JUMP ELLE (7) - went up in the boxes as the lids lifted . Was then hampered as HIGHVIEW JESS angled across and jostled with BROTHER PETE for a couple of strides. HIGHVIEW JESS (8) - fav. Angled across sharply from the jump hampering JUMP ELLE to her inner. |
| Race 3 | Total Bodyshop Supplies C1 - C1 - 457 | GRASSCUTTER ALEX (1) - held up for some strides in the run around the bend when attempting to clear heels. RIDGELINE ROCKER (3) - began well. Just short of entering the bend he ran outwards running into OPAWA ZIVA then checked as OPAWA ZIVA angled into the bend and continued to race extremely wide thereafter to the line. Referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. SUPER GOLD (5) - soon after the start she was hampered for a stride or so as HIGHVIEW SAMMY angled across onto her. HIGHVIEW SAMMY (7) - soon after the start she angled across coming together with SUPER GOLD and was unbalanced for a stride or so. OPAWA ZIVA (8) - fav. bumped and pushed outwards just short of the bend. She recovered quickly to settle in behind the leading runner weakening in the latter stages to the line. |
| Race 4 | Big Barrel PN Reserve Criteria C1 - C1 - 375 | RAPID RENEGADE (1) - went up as the lids lifted then hampered as HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF angled in across her line. She then angled out wide then inwards into the bend and was held up for some strides when looking to clear heels. HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF (2) - began awkwardly running into RAPID RENEGADE to his inner as he came off the mats. ADOBE FLAME (5) - checked and went sideways briefly on the top bend as HOMEBUSH SHOWOFF kept his ground on her inner. LOST IN PACE (8) - began awkwardly and was unbalanced racing off the mats. She raced wide thereafter. |
| Race 5 | Greyhounds Make Great Pets C1 - C1 - 375 | BOBBY DAZZLER (1) - settled handy on the inner and was checked across the top bend and lost ground as ALAMEIN SAM came back on him. ALAMEIN SAM (2) - ran onto heels across the top bend and checked as BUDDY took his line. he lost ground to the rear and was referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. MOTHER'S TOUCH (3) - began awkwardly stumbling and unbalancing as she came off the mats. She was dictated inwards and jostled then angled outwards racing wide thereafter to the line. Referred to the vet where no abnormalities were found. HOMEBUSH MANDY (4) - led out , contact in the hindquarters on the line as she angled inwards at the winning post. BUDDY (7) - tightened and contacted the hind of HOMEBUSH MANDY as this runners angled inwards at the winning post. |
| Race 6 | Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C1 - C1 - 375 | SHAKE A LEG (3) - checked racing off the mats as she came together with LOVE RACE and then was bumped as BIG TIME NOAH ran inwards colliding into her shoulder. She recovered back into stride quickly checking across heels into the bend . MITCHAM NIKORIMA (4) - soon after the start he was bumped by OPAWA GRAVEL and pushed in across the line of BIG TIME NOAH. BIG TIME NOAH (5) - ran in sharply colliding with SHAKE A LEG as they came off the mats checked as MITCHAM NIKORA was pushed inwards. He lost momentum settling in the rear to the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury. OPAWA GRAVEL (6) - racing from the start he was bumped and pushed in across the line of BIG TIME NOAH. GOTCHA COOPER (7) - soon after the start he was bumped and unbalanced as OPAWA GRAVEL came out off MITCHUM NIKORA. He was unbalanced and lost several lengths at this point. WIFI WILBUR (8) - fav. began awkwardly and was unbalanced as he came off the mats. He recovered quickly into stride. |
| Race 7 | Paul Claridge Electrical C1 - C1 - 375 | SHOT OF CLASS (1) - came back off heels into the bend and bumped with OSCAR'S REALITY. OSCAR'S REALITY (2) - contact at the start .Checked into the bend as SHOT OF CLASS came back on him. BIG TIME MYSTIC (3) - contact at the start. BIG TIME VELMA (7) - began awkwardly scrambling as she got into stride settling well back finishing in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. PAVING WAY (8) - raced wide throughout. |
| Race 8 | TAB Mega Multi Buster C1/C2 - C1/2 - 457 | THRILLING BANDIT (2) - tightened and pushed in onto the heels of BIG TIME PEGGY entering the bend going back and out across heels and was contacted soon after. BIG TIME PEGGY (5) - checked and lost ground into the bend as THRILLING BANDIT caught her heels Bumped with THRILLING BANDIT in the run towards the top bend. GRASSCUTTER JOE (6) - bumped and checked racing from the start as BIG TIME NAVY angled inwards. Tightened and checked contacting ADOBE GIRL entering the bend. BIG TIME NAVY (7) - angled inwards racing from the start bumping into GRASSCUTTER JOE. Soon after he angled to the rail and settled back in the running. ADOBE GIRL (8) - contact in the hindquarters and unbalanced entering the bend as GRASSCUTTER JOE was racing in restricted room .She lost momentum and ground racing wide across the top bend. |
| Race 9 | Outback Trading Company C1 - C1 - 410 | BIG TIME PIKEY (1) - fav- began fair settled midfield on the inner , checked into the bend then angled outwards into clear ground .Improved towards the leader nearing the home turn and weakened in the run to the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury. BIG TIME SPRING (3) - bumped and jostled for some strides in the run towards the bend. Severely tightened soon after and checked losing momentum and ground back to the rear and was unable to improve to the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury. BLAZIN' WYLDE (6) - slow into stride then hampered as BIG TIME CHARM angled across. On entering the bend he was jostled by VAN IVAN and tightened in onto BIG TIME SPRING and then jostled with VAN IVAN for several more strides. VAN IVAN (7) - hampered racing from the start as BIG TIME CHARM angled across his line. Jostled with BLAZIN' WILD when angling into the bend and was unbalanced when pushed outwards. |
| Race 10 | Great Mates Rehoming Programme C2 - C2 - 375 | DENUTO (1) - began very awkwardly going down on his nose momentarily and becoming awkwardly placed for a few strides. He recovered well to make good ground along the inner around the bend and to the line. Referred to the vet and was found to have pain over left Sartorius muscle. A 14 day stand down was recommended. BIG TIME CLOVER (3) - began well but was awkwardly placed for a couple of strides. IDOL LUCY (4) - was unbalanced and awkwardly away off the mats. LIBERTY TAKER (6) - awkwardly away coming off the mats and was hampered when clearing the hind of JILLIBY SOPHIA and settled back. made very good ground into the home straight and to the line. MILO TONIGHT (7) - contact coming off the mats. BIG TIME BUCKLE (8) - from the jump she ran inwards into the hind of MILO TONIGHT. |
| Race 11 | Dog Speed on SENZ 11am Sunday C2 - C2 - 375 | LAYLA was down 2.7 kgs- first start for some time. LAYLA (1) - first run for some time. Jumped away well settled in the midfield. Lost her position in the run across the top bend finishing a margin in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and was cleared of injury. When questioned Trainer C Morris reported that the dog has been trialing well and that she was disappointed with today's run - performance noted. BIG TIME GUCCI (3) - led into the home straight and was hampered as DRUNKEN LULLABY ran onto her hindquarters and again for several strides causing her to lose momentum in the early run to the line. BIG TIME ADISON (4) - away well and stumbled slightly coming off the mats recovered quickly. WEBBER COME (6) - began awkwardly for a couple of strides. DRUNKEN LULLABY (7) - began awkwardly appearing to catch a hind leg on leaving the boxes. She settled back then made ground around the outer to challenge turning in hampering herself for several strides when running into the hind of BIG TIME GUCCI and lay in on this runner for a few more strides costing herself some momentum. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury. |
