HOMEBUSH CRYSTAL (4) - came up with the lid and was slow to jump. GOLDEN KIWI (5) - crowded early stages. FEAR ALL POUNAMU (6) - crowded GOLDEN KIWI early stages before colliding with LONELY GUY. HOMEBUSH RIVER (8) - slow early.
Race 2	mayhounds.org.nz Rehoming Group Dash - C1 - 295	OPA'S MATE (2) - shouldered with HOMEBUSH FUDGE early stages. HOMEBUSH FUDGE (3) - hindquarters contacted early stages before shouldering with OPA'S MATE. OPAWA LILLY (4) - bounced of the hindquarters of TANE MAHUTA and down onto the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH FUDGE early stages. TANE MAHUTA (5) - hindquarters contacted early stages.
Race 3	christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH NUGGET (1) - crowded entering the bend. Bumped up the track rounding the bend. MEHIRA (3) - shifted up the track early stages. Coursed wide rounding the bend and throughout the run home. GOLDSTAR YOGI (4) - placed on heels rounding the bend before bumping HOMEBUSH NUGGET up the track when attempting a marginal gap. KNOCKA KNOW HOW (7) - boxed first. Shifted inwards off heels in the run to the bend.
Race 4	Addington Events Centre Stakes - C1 - 520	CENTURION (2) - hampered entering the first bend. BELLE AME (4) - lost ground when awkwardly placed between runners entering the first bend. TOMFOOLERY (6) - hampered and forced to race wider entering the first bend. LETHAL LETTIE (8) - dictated up the track entering the first bend.
Race 5	Swimming Goat At Stud Dash - C1 - 295	BRYLEIGH BEE (1) - jostled briefly with STARR BLUEBLOOD early stages. STARR BLUEBLOOD (2) - jostled briefly with BRYLEIGH BEE early stages. HOMEBUSH SNOOP (3) - raced in restricted room entering the bend. HOMEBUSH MILLIE (4) - raced in restricted room entering the bend. GOLDSTAR MONROE (6) - slow early. Lost ground when awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. Checked off heels rounding the bend. HOMEBUSH ROXY (8) - turned outwards when crowding inside runners entering the bend. Gave ground thereafter. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury with a warning being placed on the greyhounds performance.
Race 6	Flair Sprint - C1 - 295	DAVE'S DEAL (2) - crowded early stages checking inwards and forcing GOLDSTAR FARRYN down onto KNOW KNUCKLES becoming unbalanced for a stride. Checked off heels entering the bend. KNOW KNUCKLES (3) - forced down the track in the run to the bend being obligated to run up and along the running rail. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a laceration to its semitendinosus with a 28 day incapacitation issued. GOLDSTAR FARRYN (4) - forced down onto KNOW KNUCKLES in the run to the bend. HOMEBUSH RED (5) - crowded early stages. HOMEBUSH ALTENA (6) - forced down the track and into restricted room in the run to the bend. HOMEBUSH MACHO (7) - crowded HOMEBUSH ALTENA in the run to the bend.
Race 7	Spectator's Bar & Bistro Dash - C2 - 295	ELSA BLUEBLOOD (1) - turned inwards in the run to the bend. HOMEBUSH MONKEY (2) - placed in restricted room in the run to the bend and again entering the bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR VALE (3) - slow early. ADOBE DERULO (5) - shouldered for a stride with HUSTLE ACE in the run to the bend. Crowded entering the bend. HUSTLE ACE (6) - shouldered for a stride with ADOBE DERULO in the run to the bend. Lost ground when placed in tight quarters entering the bend. IMPRESSIVE ISLA (7) - hampered entering the bend. THEROUX (8) - turned outwards and lost balance and ground entering the bend when attempting to cross in front of ADOBE DERULO. Referred to the Veterinarian and found to have a split webbing with a 7 day incapacitation issued. SINHA MAN (9/4) - lost ground when placed in tight quarters entering the bend.
Race 8	American Warrior @ Stud Dash - C2 - 295	HOMEBUSH SPARKLE (1) - hindquarters raced on early stages. Placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. YANIRA BALE (2) - raced on the hindquarters of HOMEBUSH SPARKLE early stages before having its hindquarters raced on and being turned inwards. SIMPLE MISTAKE (3) - slow early. Placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. SOZIN'S ROYAL (5) - raced on the hindquarters of YANIRA BALE early stages.
Race 9	Selwyn-Rakaia Vet Services Stakes - C1/2 - 520	ADOBE BRO (2) - shouldered with GOLDSTAR DARWIN in the run to the first bend. Placed in restricted room a nd lost ground approaching the first bend. GOLDSTAR DARWIN (4) - shouldered with ADOBE BRO in the run to the first bend before being placed in restricted room and having to check. NEED PROOF (7) - crowded approaching the first bend.
Race 10	Garrard's Horse & Hound Dash - C2 - 295	BOOTSTRAP BILL (1) - slow early. FIREBALL FUDGE (2) - shouldered briefly with HOMEBUSH CARDI early stages. HOMEBUSH CARDI (3) - shouldered briefly with FIREBALL FUDGE early stages. REGAL JOCK (4) - crowded before being awkwardly positioned on heels dragging ALMOST EXACTLY down and losing ground. ANGRY PETE (5) - awkwardly positioned on heels entering the bend losing ground. DAISY BEE (6) - slow early. Severely checked rounding the bend racing wide. ALMOST EXACTLY (7) - dragged down entering the bend losing ground. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Balcairn Stockfoods & CopRice Dog Food Dash - C2 - 295	HOMEBUSH ABBY (1) - boxed first. REDDY MOTH (3) - slightly contacted from the outside early stages. Obligated to check off heels entering the bend. HOMEBUSH GEORGE (4) - began awkwardly brushing with REDDY MOTH. GOLDSTAR MAUNEY (7) - lost momentum when awkwardly positioned between runners entering the bend.
Race 12	Racing Again 28 April @ 4.05pm Sprint - C2 - 295	HENDRIX BALE (3) - had to check when placed in restricted room entering the bend. KNOW MAJORITY (4) - placed in restricted room entering the bend losing ground. GOLDSTAR BRYNLEY (5) - contacted from the outside in the run to the bend before being awkwardly placed between runners losing ground. SIDELINE SALLY (7) - shifted inwards across heels in the run to the bend contacting GOLDSTAR BRYNLEY placing this runner in some difficulty.
