General.

1).DOTTIE BELL (L Bell) which competed in a qualifying trial today was subject to having a urine sample taken.

Injury trial required.

Race 1	TAB Racing Mega Multi Buster C0 - C0 - 375	SOLO PARTY (1) - hampered soon after turning into the home straight as HIGHVIEW RADAR ran inwards bumping with her. AROHANUI EARLINE (4) - racing handy into the bend when forced to abruptly check out across heels, then was checked again going back onto EXPRESS WAY and lost ground. EXPRESS WAY (5) - contact soon after the start as FIERY SUZIE raced across. Tightened and checked back from between runners entering the bend, soon after was hampered when clearing heels. ALLEGRO FUDGE (6) - slow away. Angled wide into the bend FIERY SUZIE (7) - angled sharply inwards at the start, soon after ran in onto EXPRESS WAY. HIGHVIEW RADAR (8) - challenging entering the home straight and ran inwards bumping with SOLO PARTY for a stride or so. BIG TIME GOOF (9/3) - began awkwardly and was slow into stride. He improved into the body of the field across the top bend and was crowded entering the home straight and clipped from behind finishing in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and found to have pain in his right hind biceps femoris insertion and pain in his left fore deltoid. A 10 day stand down period was recommended.
Race 2	Greyhound As Pets C0 - C0 - 457	BLUE COD (1) - dictated and tightened inwards making contact with rail losing ground and finished a margin in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury. EFFORTLESS RUN (2) - angled into the bend jostling with BLUE COD for some strides.
Race 3	Total Bodyshop Supplies Reverse Criteria C1 - C1 - 375	PARADOX PRINCE (2) - went up with the lids and was last into stride. CLAWS IN GAGA (4) - checked when racing handy into the bend as ADOBE PEBBLES angled across onto her shoulder. She was hampered when clearing heels and lost ground in the run across the top bend , made good ground in the run to the line. ADOBE BETTY (5) - improved along the inner entering the bend ,soon after she ran onto the hind of ADOBE PEBBLES for a couple of strides before checking over this heels. ADOBE PEBBLES (7) - bumped with CLAWS IN GAGA as she angled into the bend settling handy in the running. Racing onto the top bend she was galloped on and went back through the field to the finishing a margin in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and found to have torn her right gracilis muscle. A 42 stand-down period was recommended.
Race 4	PNGRC Sectional Times @ pngreyhounds.kiwi C1 - C1 - 375	LOVE RACE (1) - away well racing handy when crowded and checked entering the bend running onto heels and checking. He finished in the rear at the line and was referred to the vet and cleared of injury. HIGHVIEW BRUCE (2) - led out into the bend he was clipped from behind enterign the bend . Hampered for some strides in the run to the line as BIG TIME CHERRY lay in. Referred to the veterinarian and found to have pain in his left fore infraspinatus muscle. A 10 day stand down period was recommended. BIG TIME TEA (3) - fav- crowded entering the bend being galloped on and bumped losing momentum and ground finishing towards the rear at the line . Referred to the vet and found to have pain in her left fore triceps muscle. A 10 day stand down period was recommended. BIG TIME CARNAGE (4) - raced to the lead angling into the bend tightening runners to her inner. AL'S CASINO (5) - hampered in the early stages contact into the bend when avoiding heels, checked again soon after and lost some ground, ran wide into the home straight making good ground to the line.
Race 5	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C1 - C1 - 375	SOCIAL VERTIGO underwent a veterinary check at the start after getting away from the handler soon after the stir up and was cleared to race. BUDDY (3) - severely hampered entering the bend as HIGHVIEW SPUD came across onto her shoulder for some strides. HIGHVIEW SPUD (4) - angled inwards in the run into the bend tightening in onto BUDDY for some strides. BIG TIME MAY (5) - soon after the start she was hampered SOCIAL VERTIGO angled across pushing and dictating her inwards for some strides ,then came out over heels entering the bend. GO ROYCE (6) - soon after the start he was tightened and checked back from between runners. SOCIAL VIRTIGO (7) - racing from the start he angled across tightening in onto GO ROYCE and in onto BIG TIME MAY dictating this runner inwards for some strides.
Race 6	Total Bodyshop Supplies C1 - C1 - 457	GRASSCUTTER ALEX was difficult to load and has been put on the box first list for future racing. I'M NO PRINCESS (1) - became unbalanced for some strides in the run to the bend when clearing heels. RIDGELINE ROCKER (2) - led out. Raced wide weakened in the latter stages to the line. ALL CHECKED OUT (3) - soon after the start he hampered for a few strides as RIDGELINE ROCKER angled outwards. HIGHVIEW HOWARD (8) - fav- dictated outwards in the run towards the bend. Angled inwards racing towards the top bend . GRASSCUTTER ALEX (9/6) - slow away.
Race 7	SP Betting Now On @ tab.co.nz C1 - C1 - 375	OPAWA GRAVEL (1) - raced handy to the top came back off heels bend only battled thereafter to the line. HIGHVIEW MAGGIE (4) - racing in tight quarters and crowded into the bend. Soon after she was held up for several strides when looking to clear the heels of BIG TIME FABIO. BIG TIME FABIO (6) - tightened and came off heels jostling with BOBBY DAZZLER racing into the bend. BOBBY DAZZLER (8) - dictated and jostled being pushed wide into the bend.
Race 8	Big Barrel Palmerston North C2 - C2 - 457	HIGHVIEW SAMMY (2) - tightened and crowded entering the bend going back a length or so. UNCLE ALBERT (4) - tightened and checked losing several lengths entering the bend and was dragged down on his haunches as he went back onto GRASSCUTTER JOE losing ground back towards the rear. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury. GRASSCUTTER JOE (5) - jostled and checked entering the bend as SUPER GOLD angled in onto his shoulder and was checked again as UNCLE ALBERT came back on him. He was severely checked again soon after and finished a margin in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C2 - C2 - 375	BIG TIME BUCKLE was a late scratching. BIG TIME TINK (2) - fav- held up for a few strides in the run around the bend when looking to clear heels. ZAMAH (3) - bumped and jostled soon after the start. Settled back and jostled with WEBBER COME for a few strides in the run across the top bend. WEBBER COME (4) - dwelt at the jump and was tightened racing off the mats, angled out across heels as GOTCHA COOPER angled across. he angled in onto HOMEBUSH MANDY for several strides entering the bend, then angled inwards jostling with ZAMAH as they raced across the top bend. HOMEBUSH MANDY (5) - contact and checked soon after the start , recovered quickly checked entering the bend losing momentum and ground finishing in the rear at the line. GOTCHA COOPER (6) - crowded several inside runners as he angled across in the run into the bend.
Race 10	Dog Speed on SENZ 11am Sunday C2 - C2 - 375	BIG TIME GIRLY (1) - soon after the start she was bumped and jostled being pushed inwards and lost ground as they entered the bend. AL'S LOADED (2) - soon after the start she was tightened and jostled between runners and was unbalanced for a couple of strides. BIG TIME CLOVER (3) - bumped soon after the start. POP FLASH (4) - contact and checked soon after the start Settled in the rear, hampered when looking to improve nearing the home turn. BIG TIME CHARM (7) - angled across sharply from the jump running into BIG TIME GUCCI checking back and angled inwards into the bend. Made ground to the line. WAITING GAME (8) - ran widest into the bend. BIG TIME GUCCI (9/5) - racing from the start she was tightened and jostled between runners becoming unbalanced and contact with WAITING GAME entering the bend settled in the midfield on the outer .
