General:

1) - Selected greyhounds competing in solo training trials were required to provide a sample of urine for the purpose of out of competition testing.

2) Defer Fire ( G & S Fredrickson ) sore at completion of satisfactory trial, referred to the veterinarian, was found to have a triceps muscle injury a 28 day stand down recommended.

Satisfactory Trial completed.

Race 1	TAB Racing Mega Multi Buster C0 - C0 - 375	ALLEGRO WRIGGLES (1) - contact and pushed sideways for a stride or so soon after the start. Hampered and went back on runners entering the bend as SUGAR BOOM BOOM crossed to the rail. BIG TIME RING (3) - severely tightened and checked soon after the start being pushed across onto ALLEGRO WIGGLES. Racing into the bend she was forced to abruptly check back off heels becoming unbalanced and lost momentum . BIG TIME CHALKY (4) - checked soon after the start being bumped and pushed inwards across heels going back to the rear. BIG TIME LOVELY (6) - checked racing from the start as SUGAR BOOM BOOM ran in across her line. SUGAR BOOM BOOM (7) - cut inwards sharply coming off the mats causing tightening and checks to several runners to her inner. Crossed to the rail entering the bend hampering following runner. BIG TIME GENEVA (8) - slow into stride. Improved into the field racing into the bend and was forced to check when running into the hind of ALLEGRO WIGGLES and went back several lengths. ALLEGRO BARREL (9/5) - checked soon after the start as SUGAR BOOM BOOM angled across. Ran onto heels entering the bend checking back several lengths.
Race 2	Greyhound As Pets C0 - C0 - 457	BIG TIME FOXY (1) - checked and came back off heels on the top bend losing ground. BIG TIME LOTUS (5) - angled inwards into the line of BIG TIME FOXY in the run across the top bend. checking this runner. BIG TIME BRINDLE (8) - Began awkwardly and was slow into stride.
Race 3	PNGRC Sectional Times @ pngreyhounds.kiwi C2 - C2 - 375	BIG TIME TESS (1) - contact and momentarily unbalanced entering the bend. BIG TIME KIA (2) - hampered racing from the start as BIG TIME TEA was dictated across onto her. Hampered for some strides entering the bend. BIG TIME TEA (3) - racing off the mats she was dictated inwards onto BIG TIME KIA for several strides. BIG TIME ROYAL (4) - ran inwards from the jump causing tightening for some strides to runners to her inner. BIG TIME ROVER (5) - contact and checked racing off the mats as BIG TIME AUDI ran across. Crowded and checked losing momentum entering the bend losing ground back to the rear . BIG TIME AUDI (6) - Ran across from the jump bumping into BIG TIME ROVER. Crowded and checked losing momentum entering the bend going back onto BIG TIME ROVER. BIG TIME RAINBOW (7) - dictated inwards into the bend causing tightening and jostling to several runners to her inner. BIG TIME KILTY (8) - angled across into the bend bumping into and pushing BIG TIME RAINBOW inwards .
Race 4	Total Bodyshop Supplies C1 - C1 - 457	BIG TIME DOUBLE (1) - tightened and contacted the rail entering the bend losing some ground. Referred to the veterinarian and cleared of injury. GRASSCUTTER JOE (7) - hampered racing off the mats as he angled inwards across heels. Tightened into the bend coming together with BIG TIME DOUBLE. HIGHVIEW TOBY (8) - began awkwardly and was slowest into stride. Angled inwards tightening GRASSCUTTER JOE in onto BIG TIME DOUBLE
Race 5	Red Snapper Seafoods, Christchurch C3 - C3 - 375	ALLEGRO MOOCHIE late scratching at kenneling vets advice. MEXICAN CUTIE (2) - dwelt slightly then hampered and lost in ground in the early stages when dictated inwards as BIG TIME CHARM ran inwards for some distance going back to the rear as they entered the bend. BIG TIME CHARM (3) - angled inwards from the jump dictating the racing line of MEXICAN CUTIE for some distance into the bend. ALLEGRO ZAC (8) - bounded away from the boxes.
Race 6	KiwiKiwi Hounds Adoption C3/C4 - C3/4 - 375	THREE SHIRT DAY (2) - fav- only fairly into stride. Settled back of midfield into the bend, came back off heels in the run onto the top bend and lost ground was unable to get into contention thereafter. BIG TIME PIKEY (5) - came together with BIG TIME GWYN soon after the start. BIG TIME GWYN (6) - came together with BIG TIME PIKEY soon after the start. Pushed outwards nearing the home turn unable to make ground to the line. BIG TIME STAR (7) - hampered BIG TIME GWYN nearing the home turn when improving between runners.
Race 7	Paul Claridge Electrical C2 - C2 - 457	BIG TIME JIMMY (1) - hampered for some strides in the run to the bend as BIG TIME RYDER angled across his line checking and lost several lengths. BIG TIME GRENADE (2) - checked soon after the start and lost momentum as BIG TIME RYDER angled in across his line. BIG TIME RYDER (4) - angled across from the jump checking BIG TIME GRENADE and BIG TIME JIMMY.
Race 8	Federal Morgan At Stud C5 - C5 - 375	BIG TIME GIGI (1) - soon after the start she was bumped and jostled for several strides and was momentarily unbalanced. BIG TIME VERSACE (2) - hampered early stages as runners changed ground taking her racing line. ALLEGRO ENVY (4) - soon after the start she was bumped and jostled for a few strides as HIGHVIEW JESS angled across BIG TIME KATY (8) - fav- forced to race wide into and around the bend, had trouble avoiding the heels of HIGHVIEW JESS in the run across the top bend. Made ground latter stages.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company C4 - C4 - 375	ALLEGRO DRAKE late scratching at kenneling on vets advice. BEES AND BIRDS (4) - ran outwards from the jump running into ALLEGRO PEACHES. Racing onto the top bend he ran onto the hind of ALLEGRO PEACHES and checked as this runner angled down across his line. He lost all chance thereafter. BIG TIME VIOLET (5) - ran outwards from the jump across the line of BIG TIME VIOLET then ran into ALLEGRO PEACHES ALLEGRO PEACHES (6) - soon after the start she was bumped and unbalanced as BEES AND BIRDS ran out onto her. Racing onto the top bend she improved angling inwards across the line of BEE AND BIRDS and was dragged down as this runner ran onto her hind quarters. She recovered her balance finishing onto the lure. Referred to the veterinarian and was cleared of injury. HIGHVIEW MOOSE (7) - forced to check and race wide into the bend.
Race 10	Big Barrel Palmerston North C3 - C3 - 457	BIG TIME RIPPER (3) - angled outwards across heels racing to the bend running into the shoulder of BIG TIME ODETTE and became awkwardly placed for a couple of strides entering the bend. COILED SPRING (4) - settled back in the early running angled into the bend and was checked as BIG TIME ODETTE was forced to abruptly angle in across heels, then contacted in the hind quarters as HIGHVIEW HOWARD angled into the bend and jostled with this runner for several strides. BIG TIME ODETTE (6) - hampered nearing the bend as BIG TIME RIPPER angled outwards onto her shoulder, causing her to check inwards bumping into COILED SPRING becoming unbalanced for a couple of strides. HIGHVIEW HOWARD (7) - angled inwards into the bend contacting the hind of COILED SPRING, then jostled with this runner for several more strides.
Race 11	Greyhounds Make Great Pets C4 - C4 - 457	LAR GRAND SOPHIA (1) - in the run towards the bend she angled outwards and jostled with THRILLING BANDIT for some strides. THRILLING BANDIT (2) - in the run towards the bend he was jostled as LAR GRAND SOPHIA angled outwards, and was jostled for some distance becoming unbalanced and lost momentum into the bend. He recovered good ground in the latter stages to the line.
Race 12	Dog Speed on SENZ 12pm Sunday C5 - C5 - 410	HINT OF MINT (1) - began awkwardly for a stride or so. Tightened into the bend making contact with the rail losing momentum and ground. Referred to the vet and was found to have a left fore sand toe 5th digit and abrasion to the pad. A 5 day stand down was recommended. BIGTIME BRODY (5) - racing handy into the bend he tightened in onto HINT OF MINT and became awkwardly placed for some strides as FREEDOM LEAGUE angled in across his line causing him to lose momentum and ground. FREEDOM LEAGUE (7) - improving into the bend where she angled in across the line of BIG TIME BRODY checking this runner.
