Selected greyhound completing training trials had samples taken for the purpose of Out of Competition testing.

Race 1	Follow Waikato Greyhounds on Facebook Sprint - C0 - 375	NOT SURE (3) - contacted in the hindquarters racing from the start. BLACKCURRANT (4) - bumped and checked racing from the start .Settled in the midfield to the line. Faltered in the run to the lure referred to the veterinarian and was found to have pain over top of front shoulder . A 21 day stand down was recommended. BABY BOP (5) - ran inwards from the jump running into NOT SURE. OUR BLACK PRINCE (7) - ran wide soon after turning in to the line. KAPAI LISA (9/8) - settled back early stages. Obligated to race wide into and around the top bend losing ground. Checked out extremely wide to the home straight racing wide to the line. Referred to the veterinarian , this was not carried out due to a communication error. The stewards will follow up with the trainers in the coming days.
Race 2	Happy Birthday Kiri O'Regan PBD Sprint - C1 - 375	LAGOON TAUPY (1) - fav- contact racing off the mats .Settled handy drifted outwards losing some ground into the home straight. BIG TIME TASTY (3) - led out, lost ground entering the bend. hampered when looking to clear heels into the home straight weakened latter stages. Referred to the veterinarian and was found to have general soreness in several area's. A 10 day stand down was recommended. SABALAN (5) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend. BUNDEE BOMBER (6) - angled wide in the run to the line. PORTLAND GRACE (7) - led and ran wide into the home straight and to the line.
Race 3	Great Greyhound Global Walk 25/9 Sprint - C2 - 375	AMMONITE (3) - hampered as THRILLING ESTER came back on her on the home turn. BIG TIME TINK (4) - crowded and checked racing into the bend losing ground. THRILLING ESTHER (5) - leading in the run across the top bend when faltered clear of runners .Referred to the veterinarian and was found to have tarsal fracture right hind. A 90 day stand down was recommended. The dog has been referred off course for further treatment. Must trial prior to resuming. NIGHTHAWK STORM (6) - knocked and stumbled racing off the mats. Settled back in the running . Referred to the veterinarian cleared of injury. GO AHEAD CALLER (7) - angled in knocking into NIGHTHAWK STORM racing off the mats. DUBSTEP (9/8) - improved wide around the bend racing wide into the home straight to the line.
Race 4	Farmlands CopRice R/O Sprint - C1 - 375	Stewards checked the track area on the bend following an incident in the previous race and found it to be in a satisfactory racing condition. BLAZING IMPACT (1) - dwelt at the jump. Settled back ,obliged to check out across heels and lost ground nearing the home turn. THRILLING POLLY (3) - contact soon after the start. DOUBLE HEADER (4) - tightened back racing off the mats. BATTLE CRUISER (5) - ran inwards from the jump across the line of DOUBLE HEADER and came together with THRILLING POLLY. SMASH ZONE (7) - tightened and jostled between runners racing into the bend.
Race 5	Mayhounds Greyhound Rehoming Group Stakes - C1 - 457	GIRL MARIA (3) - fav- hampered for a couple of strides entering the bend as HILLBILLY HEIST angled in across her line. PENNY HAWKE (5) - raced wide throughout. BIG TIME CRUSADE (6) - contact and unbalanced racing from the start. WAIPARI (7) - ran inwards from the jump running into BIG TIME CRUSADE. HILLBILLY HEIST (8) - angled into the bend hampering runner to his inner.
Race 6	Happy Birthday Lynne Udy - C3 - 375	TIDES RISING (5) - hampered for several strides racing from the start as BOOT CAMP TIARA was pushed across onto her. BOOT CAMP TIARA (6) - tightened and jostled between runner's for several strides racing from the start . She went back racing in the rear thereafter. BARNEY PARROT (7) - angled across from the jump coming together with BOOT CAMP TIARA for several strides. MAJOR MARGARET (8) - angled wide turning in racing wide out to the line.
Race 7	Vetora Cambridge Sprint - C4 - 375	THRILLING MAPLE (4) - racing from the start she came together with ALLEGRO BANDIT. ALLEGRO BANDIT (5) - came together with THRILLING MAPLE for a couple of strides. HIGHVIEW MOOSE (7) - settled back and raced wide to the home straight finishing in the rear at the line. Referred to the vet and cleared of injury.
Race 8	Affordable Pet Accessories Stakes - C2/3 - 457	ANTONIO (1) - angled across into the bend tightening runners to hid inner. ABOUT TO DO (2) - angled inwards abruptly across the line of ISAMBARD entering the bend . ISAMBARD (3) - checked entering the bend and lost ground entering the bend as ABOUT TO DO abruptly angled in across his line. MR. HOLYFIELD (5) - contact soon after the start as KAW LIGA angled across , he went in onto ZIPPING LOCKETT
Race 9	Celebrating 25yrs Racing At Cambridge Raceway 22/9 Sprint - C4/5 - 375	Sovereign Alice was a late scratching at kenneling. HIGHVIEW JESS (2) - hampered racing into the bend losing ground racing wide around the bend. Angled down to the rail into the home straight and appeared to be awkward in her galloping action in the run to the line. Referred to the veterinarian and cleared of injury BIG TIME LOVELY (3) - began awkwardly out of the boxes. racing into the bend she was severely tightened and checked losing momentum and ground going down on her hocks for a stride or so. Referred to the veterinarian and cleared of injury. MARRAY PRINCE (6) - improved towards the bend angling in between runners causing severe tightening to a couple of runners. BEAU BEAU (7) - ran wide into the home straight and down to the line.
Race 10	Mike Stent Decorators Ltd Stakes - C4/5 - 457	HIGHVIEW RADAR (5) - hampered when looking to clear heels racing towards the bend. HIGHVIEW ANNA (7) - angled outwards from the jump angled wide from the jump racing wide thereafter.
