General:

1). Following heavy rainfall concerns were raised into the inconsistent nature of the track after race 2. Stewards, trainers, club officials, track staff and the on course veterinarian conducted a track inspection. A decision was made to put the race meeting back one race start time to enable track staff time to make attempts to carry out remedial work. Following these attempts a further track inspection took place where it was evident the surface could not be improved to a satisfactory state to continue racing with the decision made to abandon the remainder of the meeting.

2). Greyhounds competing in solo training trials were subjected to out of competition testing.
