1) Trainer Mrs. C Morris advised Stewards that CHURN IT UP was booked to have x-rays of the right hock and that she would notify Stewards of the outcome.

Injury Trials Required:

1) PHANTOM PIXIE (C Morris).

Race 3	Professional Concrete Services Ltd C1/C2 375m - C1/2 - 375	THRILLING ELSIE (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after being awkwardly placed between runners nearing the home straight, becoming unbalanced, losing ground as a result and cleared of injury. PHANTOM PIXIE (8) - awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend, then contacted by inside runner. becoming unbalanced and very awkward in her action. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have dislocated/fractured right hock. The Greyhound was transported immediately to GRNZ's contracted Veterinary Clinic for treatment with this being followed up in the coming days. A 90 day incapacitation has been issued and the Greyhound must trial prior to racing again.
Race 4	TAB Racing Mega Multi Buster C3/C4 457m - C3/4 - 457	BIG TIME LOCH (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being buffeted between runners entering the bend, losing ground where it was reported to have pain over left hamstring muscles with a 10 day incapacitation issued. BIG TIME BRUISER (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after being awkwardly placed on heels entering the bend, then unbalanced, moving up the track heavily contacting outside runner and cleared of injury. ALLEGRO WARRIOR (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after being heavily contacted entering the bend where it was reported to have pain on palpation over right sartorius and gracilis muscles with a 14 day incapacitation issued.

Race 6	Big Barrel PN C1 375m Reverse Criteria - C1 - 375	PIXIE SCOOTER (1) - when questioned into improved performance trainer Mrs. C Morris advised Stewards that PIXIE SCOOTER had benefited from a recent freshen up, along with a change in feeding regime in the kennel and gaining some weight since her previous start in November. CHOKO (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after drifting in the early stages, then racing very wide throughout finishing some distance last where it was reported to have pain over right whip muscle with a 7 day incapacitation issued. When questioned into performance trainer Mrs. D Bell advised Stewards that she was disappointed with today's effort considering the Greyhound had been trialing well, Mrs. Bell further advised that it was her intention to give CHOKO a brief freshen up. Not with standing this a warning was placed on the Greyhound's record.
Race 7	Moore Law Palmerston North C1/C2 457m - C1/2 - 457	COILED SPRING (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked nearing the bend, losing ground as a result and cleared of injury.
Race 8	Whanganui House Washing C4/C5 375m - C4/5 - 375	GO TINA (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after being squeezed entering the bend, then again on the point of the bend, becoming unbalanced losing ground and cleared of injury.
Race 9	Sportz Bar Wanganui C3 375m - C3 - 375	OPAWA ZIVA (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after receiving heavy contact on numerous occasions through the early stages, then faltering on the point of the bend where it was reported to have a tear in the right gracilis muscle with a 28 day incapacitation issued.
