OUR SONIA (7) - turned head inwards for some distance early stages and failed to pursue the lure. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. Stood down for 28 days and must complete a Satisfactory Trial. LUCY THERESE (8) - fell first turn. Referred to the Veterinarian and reported to have a sprained left wrist with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
Race 2	The Brickworks Bar & Restaurant Sprint Heat 1 - C0q - 295 Heat 1	This race was delayed due to the time taken to catch GO HELEN following Race 1
Race 3	The Brickworks Bar & Restaurant Sprint Heat 2 - C0q - 295 Heat 2	WEDDERBURN (1) - Stewards queried the performance of this greyhound with handler A Roberts after this runner turned head outwards free of interference making shoulder contact with outside runner in the initial stages. After considering submissions tendered by Mr Roberts, a veterinary examination which revealed no clinical abnormalities and the Stewards own observations the performance was deemed unsatisfactory and the greyhound was stood down pending a trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion as per GRNZ Rule LR132A(1).
Race 4	The Fitz 2 Sports Bar Stakes Final - C0f - 520	GO RUBY (J Lane) was a late scratching at kenneling when found to be in season. BIT OF BACARDI (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after being badly checked on the first turn and cleared of injury.
