Race 6	Sportz Bar Wanganui C3/C4 - C3/4 - 375	HOT MILO (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after being tightened entering the bend, appearing to contact the rail where it was reported to have pain on palpation right sartorius and possible left hock sprain with a 21 day incapacitation issued. Race 7	TAB Racing Mega Multi Buster C1 - C1 - 375	BIG TIME TRICKY (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after slipping as the start was effected, losing all chance and cleared of injury. ADOBE DON (7) - boxed first.
Race 8	Moore Law PN NZ Bred Feature C2 - C2 - 375	There was a 4 minute delay to the start of this race due to the short turn around between races 7 & 8. BOW BELLE BETH (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after becoming awkwardly placed on heels and unbalanced entering the home straight and cleared of injury. SWEET RED (6) - boxed first.
Race 9	Big Barrel Palmerston North C1 - C1 - 457	VODKA RECKON (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after beginning awkwardly, then receiving heavy contact entering the bend and cleared of injury. TAKES A LOT (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after drifting back through the field soon after the start, appearing awkward in her action, finishing some distance last where it was reported to have a torn right gracilis muscle with a 42 day incapacitation issued. Required to complete an injury trial prior to racing again. HIGHVIEW NESS (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after being tightened entering the bend, becoming unbalanced heavily contacting VODKA RECKON and cleared of injury.
