Trainer J Lane advised that the bitch has now been retired from racing. TELL IVY (3) - Stewards queried the performance of the Greyhound with Trainer D Roberts after the dog eased briefly after checked off heels on the final turn. After considering submissions tendered by Mr Roberts and the Stewards own observations the performance was deemed unsatisfactory and the Greyhound was stood down pending a trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion as per GRNZ Rule LR132A(1)

Race 14	Racing Again 2nd May Sprint - C1 - 295	AMALTHEA (7) - turned its head outwards towards IS THAT TOBY on the bend making head/muzzle contact with this runner. Stood down for 28 days for marring (2nd offence) and must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming. IS THAT TOBY (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after being marred and pushed off the track by AMALTHEA on the bend losing chance and cleared of injury.
