Selected greyhounds completing solo training trials were subjected to Out of Competition testing.

Race 2	Springston Hotel Sprint Feature Heat 2 - SPECq - 295 Heat 2	GOLDSTAR HANS (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after being contacted by HIDDEN FATES at the lure and cleared of injury. HIDDEN FATES (2) - displayed aggressive behaviour towards GOLDSTAR HANS at the lure. As this dog had been warned last week in regards to this it is ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial as per Rule 131 prior to resuming.
Race 3	Springston Hotel Sprint Feature Heat 3 - SPECq - 295 Heat 3	OLD MALT (2) - displayed aggression towards OPAWA SUPERSTAR at the lure. Referred to the Veterinarian and cleared of injury. A final warning was issued to the dog in relation to the aggressive behaviour. CALCULATED RISK (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after being badly checked into the bend and cleared of injury. OPAWA SUPERSTAR (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and being contacted by OLD MALT and cleared of injury.
Race 4	Springston Hotel Sprint Feature Heat 4 - SPECq - 295 Heat 4	PURE BEDLAM (J & D Fahey) was a late scratching at kenneling with a laceration to a toe. TIGGERLONG PANDA (7) - subsequent to today's race TIGGERLONG PANDA was presented to the Veterinary Surgeon and found to have a fractured right hock with a 90 day incapacitation issued. Must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming.
Race 5	2024 Trevor Wilkes Memorial Cup Heat 1 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	BAKER DAN (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked in the early stages and finishing a clear last and cleared of injury. KNOW DEFENCE (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked in the early stages and falling at the lure and cleared of injury. OPAWA ARCHER (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked entering the back straight and cleared of injury.
Race 6	2024 Trevor Wilkes Memorial Cup Heat 2 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	GOLDSTAR PARKER (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked and pushed outwards entering the back straight and cleared of injury.
Race 7	2024 Rose & Thistle NZ Oaks Heat 1 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	BIG TIME LAUREN (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after losing ground in the back straight and being badly checked soon after and cleared of injury. MISS SKY WAVE (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and cleared of injury. CLAWS IN LULU (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after tailing off through the middle stages and cleared of injury. ZARA JEM (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked leaving the back straight and cleared of injury.

WHAT'S ON (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after being dragged down into the first turn and cleared of injury. MIDNIGHT BROCKIE (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after being contacted early in the run home and weakening in the concluding stages and cleared of injury. GOLDSTAR NOVA (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked on the first bend and reported to have right triangle muscle soreness with a 14 day incapacitation issued.
Race 9	2024 Rose & Thistle NZ Oaks Heat 3 - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	HIGHVIEW SHELLY (B Dann) was a late scratching when found to be in season.
Race 10	2024 Kingston Cup (Group 2) Heat 1 - C2dq - 732 Heat 1	The lure was observed to be close to the leading runner leaving the home straight with a lap to run but no runner was substantially inconvenienced. Lure driver M Gallagher was spoken to in regards to this and reminded of his obligations.
Race 11	2024 Kingston Cup (Group 2) Heat 2 - C2dq - 732 Heat 2	SPREAD THE LOAD (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being checked with a lap to run and cleared of injury.
