General:

1) Following the running of race 5 track staff raised concerns to Stewards with areas of the track on both bends and into the home straight which had deteriorated throughout the course of the meeting with the persistent rain. Stewards, track staff and track management inspected the areas of concern and deemed the track to be unsafe to continue racing with the remaining races abandoned in the interests of safety.
