Race 5	Moore Law Whanganui C4/5 305m - C4/5 - 305	RAPIDO SCUD (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after collapsing at the lure and transported back to the kennel block where the greyhound was pronounced deceased. Transported to Massey University to undergo an autopsy with Stewards following up in the coming days.
Race 6	Sportz Bar Wanganui C1 520m - C1 - 520	BIG TIME THRILL (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after losing ground late in the run home and cleared of injury. Kennel representative E Cole was of the opinion the greyhound would derive benefit from the outing given it was only its second start on the track. THRILLING CARLOS (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after sustaining a check entering the back straight before losing ground over the concluding stages and cleared of injury.

Race 8	Property Brokers Floyd & Toy Real Estate C2/3 520m - C2/3 - 520	RAPAKI ROCKS (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and cleared of injury.
Race 9	Mayhounds RehomingC4/5 520 - C4/5 - 520	SHE'S PRETTY (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after faulting free of interference prior to entering the back straight, losing ground and failing to finish the event where it was reported to have a compound fractured right hock with a 90 day incapacitation. Issued. Must trial prior to resuming.
Race 10	Sportz Bar Wanganui C1/2 755M - C1/2d - 755	Stewards and track staff inspected the area of the track approaching the back straight where SHE'S PRETTY faulted free of interference of the pervious race and deemed the track in a satisfactory condition. As a result of the length of time this inspection being carried out remaining races were put back one race.
