Race 1	The Fitz 2 Sports Bar Sprint - C2 - 295	HOMEBUSH COOKIE (J McInerney Jnr) was a late scratching at kenneling with a wound over its left sesamoid. LONELY GUY (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after faltering in the back straight and reported to have a torn left gracilis with a 42 day incapacitation issued. Must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming. BRENDON BAXTER (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after collapsing at the lure and transported back to the kennel block where the greyhound was pronounced deceased. An autopsy will be performed in the coming days with Stewards following up the results.
Race 2	Valley Inn Tavern Sprint - C3 - 295	VERDUN BALE (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after faltering in the run to the lure and reported to have a fractured right hock. The Greyhound will be examined with x-rays taken tomorrow and Stewards will follow up in the coming days. A 90 day incapacitation has been issued and the Greyhound must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming. OPAWA FRED (6) - referred to the Veterinarian after being dragged down into the bend and reported to have a fractured right hock. The Greyhound will be examined with x-rays taken tomorrow and Stewards will follow up in the coming days. A 90 day incapacitation was issued and the Greyhound must complete a Satisfactory Trial prior to resuming.
Race 3	Happy Birthday Jen Farge Sprint - C3 - 295	The track was inspected prior to this Race and found to be safe to continue racing with readings consistent. As a result of this inspection the remainder of the programme was put back by one race. HOMEBUSH MAKAYLA (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH MAX (4) - Stewards queried the performance of this Greyhound with Trainer J McInerney Jnr after it turned its head outwards towards BIG TIME DONCIC on the final turn and made shoulder contact. After considering the submissions tendered by Mr McInerney Jnr, a veterinary examination which revealed no clinical abnormalities and the Stewards own observations the performance was deemed unsatisfactory and the Greyhound was stood down pending a trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion as per Rule LR132A(1). RETREAD PETE (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and cleared of injury.
Race 4	Active Electrical Christchurch Dash - C4 - 295	BETHANY JEWEL (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and cleared of injury.
Race 5	Thursday Place Pick Sprint - C4 - 295	TODLING BALE (A Roberts) was a late scratching at kenneling when outside the allowable weight variance. AVA (8) - turned its attention towards outside runner in the run to the lure. Stewards will monitor this in upcoming starts.
Race 6	Steve Anngow Drapes & Blinds Ph.0272719588 Dash - C5 - 295	ADOBE KID (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after dropping to the rear when dragged down into the bend and reported to have a right flexor tendon injury with a 21 day incapacitation issued.
Race 7	Selwyn-Rakaia Vet Services Stakes - C4 - 520
Race 8	Springston Hotel Dash - C5 - 295	HOMEBUSH HONEY (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after dropping away through the middle stages and reported to have left hock pain with a 10 day incapacitation issued.

Race 10	The HomeKill Guys Ltd Sprint Feature - C3 - 295	HOMEBUSH GRACEN (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after dropping away over the concluding stages and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Racing Again Friday 31st May Sprint - C4 - 295	HOMEBUSH SOCKS (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after losing ground when tightened into the bend and cleared of injury.
