Race 2	Auckland Derby - R/A - 527	Stewards withheld payment of dividends to review footage of the start of this event where the inside latch of the boxes released prior to the start being effected with the boxes becoming ajar and the lids then opening unevenly. This race was subsequently declared a no race as per GRNZ Rule 110. The boxes were tested to satisfaction prior to the next event and the starter was shown the footage. OPAWA TURN (2) - Stewards queried the performance of this greyhound with Trainer G Farrell after turning its head inwards after the start shifting in onto CHARLEY HORSE. After considering the submissions tendered by Trainer G Farrell, a veterinary examination which revealed no clinical abnormalities and the Stewards own observations from all available angles the performance was deemed unsatisfactory, and the greyhound was stood down pending a trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion as per GRNZ Rule LR 132A.
Race 3	McGhie Plumbing Ltd Appreciation Stakes - C2 - 527	BIG TIME BRAVE (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and cleared of injury.
Race 4	SENZ 1476am Sprint - C5 - 318	BIG TIME WALTER (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after falling at the lure and cleared of injury. CLAWS IN SPARKY (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference rounding the bend getting on heels shifting out into the line of PORTLAND MARK, becoming unbalanced losing ground where it was reported to have a right hind saphenous vein rupture/large hematoma with a 21 day incapacitation issued. BIG TIME PROWLER (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference first turn becoming unbalanced losing ground where it was reported to have right quadriceps pain with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
Race 5	Sportsbowl Function Centre Sprint Final - C3f - 318	WAITERIMU GEM (6) - a warning was placed on this runners record for aggression at the lure.
Race 6	Trackside Sprint - C4 - 318	OPAWA MARSH (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after contacting the rail rounding the bend and cleared of injury. BIG TIME RAZOR (9/3) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference on several occasions losing ground and cleared of injury.
Race 7	Auckland Oaks - R/A - 527	BIG TIME VITARA (5) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference after the start becoming unbalanced then tightened first turn where it was reported to have right long head triceps pain with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
Race 8	Hifi Allegro Sprint Final - C5f - 318	BIG TIME VESPA was withdrawn from this event due to transport difficulties. DAVE'S DEAL (9/1) - referred to the Veterinarian after getting tightened between runners entering the first turn then contacting the rail rounding the bend and cleared of injury.

Race 10	SENZ Duke Of Edinburgh Silver Collar Final - C2df - 779	BOOM LATERAL (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference rounding the bend into the front straight on the first occasion losing ground and cleared of injury. OPAWA GINA (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after brushing the rail rounding the bend leaving the back straight on the second occasion and cleared of injury.

Race 12	Royal Commission Final - C5f - 318	BIG TIME KENZIE (3) was a late scratching at kenneling due to weighing over the weight variance allowance. PADDY FIELD (1) - referred to the Veterinarian after faltering first turn giving ground then appearing uncomfortable in its action thereafter where it was reported to have a left long head triceps injury with a 28 day incapacitation issued. CHAMPAGNE (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after brushing the rail when tightened to the inside of LOVE IT rounding the first turn and cleared of injury. LOVE IT (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference first turn losing ground where it was reported to have a small laceration on the right fore pad with swelling in the joint with a 10 day incapacitation issued.
