BIG TIME BRITNEY (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference on the bend shifting out across hindquarters and becoming unbalanced where it was reported to have right side hip soreness with a 7 day incapacitation issued. SMOOTH MAC (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after faltering free of interference on the bend and failing to finish where it was reported to have soreness of the left hip with no obvious fractures with a 28 day incapacitation issued. *Trainer reported x-rays have confirmed a fractured pelvis with the stand down being uplifted to 90 days.*Updated 16/7/24

GOLDSTAR WESTERN (8) - severely checked at the winning post. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have a radius/ulnar fracture. The Greyhound was transported immediately to GRNZ's contracted Veterinary Clinic for treatment with this being followed up in the coming days. A 90 day incapacitation has been issued and the Greyhound must trial prior to racing again.
