Wanganui GRC - 12 July 2024

1). GOLDSTAR WESTERN (R Evans) Radiographs confirmed left forelimb radius and ulnar fractures. Surgery was performed 15 July 24. GOLDSTAR WESTERN will stay under Veterinary care until ready to be transferred to the RTR program for further rehabilitation.

2). Trainer R Waite has advised Stewards that SMOOTH MAC had undergone x-rays subsequent to this meeting which confirmed a fractured left pelvis with the greyhound undergoing rehabilitation and being retired. Notwithstanding this, the 28-day incapacitation has been uplifted to 90 days.
