1). Stewards have disqualified the greyhound HOMEBUSH ALEC from its first place in the Amber Cleaning Services Sprint Final. This decision was made because the greyhound was mistakenly allowed to compete despite being ineligible, having already participated in five events within 28 days after returning from a 60-day or longer spell, breaching GRNZ's Safe Return to Racing policy. Trainer J. McInerney received a caution for nominating HOMEBUSH ALEC when it was not eligible. The stewards considered Mr. McInerney’s previously clear record when making their decision.

MASTER LEO (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after being squeezed for racing room entering the bend losing ground before making contact with the running rail and cleared of injury. ALPHA SHELDON (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after becoming awkward in its gait in the run to the lure before falling to the track where it was reported to have significantly cramped. Given the history of this greyhound cramping a 10-day incapacitation was issued and the greyhound must trial prior to resuming. Passed trial on 28 October
