1). Throughout the week all competitors in the SPRINGSTON HOTEL NEW ZEALAND CUP, the ROSE AND THISTLE STAYERS CUP, and the SUCK IT UP LTD GALAXY FINAL were subjected to Out of Competition testing.

CLEAR PASSAGE (3) - referred to the Veterinarian after getting contacted from behind final bend becoming unbalanced losing ground and cleared of injury. Race 6	2024 Suck It Up Ltd Galaxy - C5f - 295	MIDNIGHT BROCKIE (2) - referred to the Veterinarian after contact for a distance rounding the first turn losing ground where it was reported to have pain on the right carpal flexion and a grade 2 right triceps injury with a 14 day incapacitation issued. JERRY COLA (4) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference first turn losing ground going back into the line of OPAWA HAZEL then contact for a distance rounding the bend and cleared of injury. OPAWA HAZEL (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference first turn getting on heels losing ground then tightened for a distance rounding the bend and cleared of injury.

Race 11	O'Shea's Public House Feature - C4 - 525	ALPHA RILEY (7) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference first turn becoming unbalanced then giving ground where it was reported to have cramped recovering quickly then found to have right hind pain on calf muscle palpation with a 21 day incapacitation issued.
Race 12	Accell Therapy NZ Sprint Feature - C4 - 295	OPAWA JOCELYN (1) - faltered entering the final straight shifting out into the line of trailing runners becoming unbalanced and falling. Referred to the Veterinarian where it was reported to have fractured the right hock. The Greyhound was transported immediately to GRNZ's contracted Veterinary Clinic for treatment with this being followed up in the coming days. A 90 day incapacitation has been issued and the Greyhound must trial prior to racing again. OPAWA PUTIN (8) - referred to the Veterinarian after interference entering the final straight becoming unbalanced losing ground and cleared of injury.
