Trainer A Joyce was fined $50.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 110.5 after SCARLET EMPRESS escaped from his van at kennelling.

Race 1	ADVANCE PET NUTRITION SPRINT - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH EARL was tightened and then checked as HERE'S MAREE NOW ran outwards into the bend. HOMEBUSH EARL then appeared to falter soon after and drop right away. A post race veterinary check revealed a fractured right hock with the dog being euthanased on humane grounds.
Race 2	CHALLENGE OPAWA ALL UP DASH - C0 - 295	SING CILLA BLACK scrambled out of the boxes settling last. On the home turn VAMPIRES SHADOW and TRIPLEM HAND came together when well back.
Race 3	IN MEMORY OF LYNDSAY CLEEVE STAKES - C0 - 520	OZARK'S JOLSON was keen to move outwards into the first bend and was dragged down losing ground with FRITO BANDITO and TIME CATCHER losing ground as a result. OZARK'S JOLSON remained last throughout with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 4	www.duvauchellehotelmotel.co.nz SPRINT - C0 - 295	SLIGHTLY AMAZING was slow to jump while soon after the jump HEAVEN HAND and NORWOOD JEWEL came together soon after the jump. On the bend COOL'S THE TUNE checked outwards off WHITEY'S WAY losing ground. As he recovered he cannoned into SLIGHTLY AMAZING and HOMEBUSH KARLY with all dogs losing their chances.
Race 5	WILLY WHAT NOW STANDING AT MARCIE FLIPP'S STAKES - C1 - 520	OPAWA DEBB and UNDER COVER came together in the run to the first bend and lost ground.
Race 6	I PAVE CONCRETE SPRINT - C1 - 295	GUINEAS GIRL ran inwards soon after the jump badly checking HOMEBUSH JOCK with BOTANY HORNET also losing ground. A post race veterinary check of HOMEBUSH JOCK revealed a torn gracilis with a twenty eight day stand down recommended.
Race 7	Sister Cities Cup Heat - INV - 520	SWEET ABOUT ME and KNOW SPIRIT came together soon after the jump losing ground. Into the first bend TRICKY SHELLEY checked outwards off runners and lost ground.
Race 8	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz SPRINT - C0 - 295	STICK'S TOO was slow to jump and then came together with COOL TART when improving. On the bend JUST HOMER was tightened and dropped to the rear.
Race 9	BARRON'S SUPPLIES STAKES - C0 - 520	REAL SLIM SHADY was slow to go and remained well back throughout while OPAWA BROOKE was shuffled back on the inside into the first bend. She made ground well late to run fourth.
Race 10	CANTERBURY O.T.B. ASSOCIATION DASH - C1 - 295	All clear.
Race 11	TUESDAY PLACE PICK SPRINT - C1 - 295	ROYAL ADONIS came outwards off HOMEBUSH MATE on the home turn with HAMBURGER and BOTANY TOM also receiving interference as a result.
Race 12	LAWRENCE & LOCKETT STAKES - C1 - 520	MOMENT was in front on the first turn but was dragged down by SUPER STORM soon after dropping out to run last. A post race veterinary check revealed an injury to her tail with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 13	DAVID EMERSON CONSULTANCY DASH - C1 - 295	LESTER and BURN DOWN ROAD were tightened into the bend and lost ground with HOMEBUSH BONITA receiving some backwash and dropping to the rear. CAWBOURNE SCAREY checked off FIVE KAY KAT on the home turn and ran wide losing ground.
Race 14	KOLORFUL KANVAS SPRINT - C2 - 295	Favourite CALL ME was slow to jump but made ground well for third. THEMELO, NEED A NURSE and KNOW FAITH all came together just prior to the bend and settled well back. After the post SCARLET EMPRESS took a tumble with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn triceps muscle with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
Race 15	PICK 6 LEG 1 STAKES - C1 - 520	PRINCE SERGIO, WAYNE'S CLASS and MEANDER all came together into the first bend and lost ground. PRINCE SERGIO was badly checked but made ground late for fourth. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury.
Race 16	Kingston Cup Heat One - C2dq - 732 Heat 1	HUGHES BALE was never hitting out well and remained well back throughout together with JIN JU. Post race veterinary check on these runners revealed that JIN JU had come into season with a twenty eight day stand down being imposed. HUGHES BALE was found to have sesamoid swelling/pain with a fourteen day stand down recommended.
Race 17	www.containersdirect.co.nz STAKES - C1 - 520	OPAWA SPEED ran outwards at the jump checking NOT SUITED and ALWAYS CLASS with these runners settling at the rear.
Race 18	Kingston Cup Heat Two - C2dq - 732 Heat 2	SHEA SHERIE was tightened to the rear on the first bend and was still last with a lap to go. She made up a huge slice of ground to be narrowly beaten into second place.
Race 19	SPEIGHTS SIX PACK - C2/3 - 520	HARBOUR BALE was checked into the first bend and dropped to the rear where he stayed.
Race 20	FLAIR FIRST FOUR SPRINT - C2 - 295	REDLINE REVOLVER was badly checked into the bend and dropped to the rear. The winner ROYAL LYCAON fell heavily at the lure with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
